Delicious South Indian cuisine with a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The service cancelled be a little haphazard depending who's at front of house on the day, but it's nothing major - as long as you don't expect a fine dining experience, you won't be disappointed. The food is superb and there is an extensive menu, including a small Indo-Chinese section (which I haven't tried yet). We often get takeaway from here, too.

Fantastic place to eat food with family and friends as it is pocket friendly . I usually used to eat biryanis here but today i have tried CHOLE BATHURE that is too amazing .Delicious in taste . you can try the best CHOLE BATHURE in melbourne . I found this one restraunt thats all the items have amazing taste. Staff is also nice. Thank you saina restraunt for providing us delicious tasty food. 😋😋

We had a function in college and order food for 30 people. Food arrived on time, the taste was so so so good. Each and everyone loved it. Price was also not bad. Recommend the food from this restaurant. 10/10

I have very little knowledge about their cuisine. Just ordered food randomly as I didn't know what would be good. Turned out they were all delicious. I know what I would order next time now.

Recommended Dishes- Chicken 65 biryani, Sambar Rice, Szechwan Chicken Fried Rice and Vada Set

One of the best Indian restaurants in Melbourne for sure, Authentic, simple, no nonsense food, value and taste.
Dosas-as they should be Crisp and right amount of filling, accompanied by the best coconut chutney and sambhar.

Friendly homely service, what else one wants.

A perfect place to eat in for lunch, the service was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Had the masala dosa and paneer dosa - both were exceptional. Crispy and hot with the right amount of spice. Accompaniments were perfect. Can’t wait to go back and try the famous buriyani!

You will get a tasty panner 65 Biryani and chicken 65 biryani from saina .This place is the best biryani place in Melbourne And There is a special thing which is so tasty and reasonable price ( pocket friendly ). They also have thali You should try them and ghee podi idly 👌. Highly recommend the place for biryani🙏😍.

The customer service was excellent; the service was prompt and the server was patient as we browsed the menu and decided on what to eat. The food was of excellent quality and quatity!

I’ve heard a lot about Saina’s biryani from my Indian friends at Latrobe University. Finally got the chance to taste it, it’s super yummy. Loved the chicken 65 biryani. Wll be visiting soon!

Delicious and good price. The potato and Cauliflower curry was my favourite, very fragrant. Only complaint was that it was a little oily.

Just had the most delicious, spicy and flavourful Indian food in Melbourne after a long time. We had a yummy veg thali with spicy mix veg, chhole and sbhar bursting with flavour. The quatities of thali and the paneer 65 biryani were good to feed 2 people each. The gentleman at the counter was very warm and polite. I highly recommend the place being someone with strong North Indian taste buds 🤩

We always have great time here and have one of the best Dosa in Melbourne and the chef is really great too, and accommodate the needs very well.

Cosy, affordable south Indian joint with a homely feel on Albert street. They have 15$ lunch buffet Fri, Sat, Sun and 15$ breakfast buffet Sat and Sun. Recently started chaat items as well.

They have upped their game, and improved on their menu and setting since I visited them a few months ago. Keep up the good work 😊👍
