Fantastic Furniture

Picked up some office furniture for my wife. In-store, Kamran was very helpful, confirming chairs were in stock, while willingly answering related questions we had. On collection, Victoria was super friendly and also very helpful. She helped us remove unwanted packaging and committed to recycling it for us. Much appreciated.

I wanted to say thank you to Genevieve 💓💓💓 She was so lovely helping us buy a mattress, and so welcoming to us as trans people. I felt comfortable with her and am grateful for all her help.

Leslie is not only the best sales rep I've ever spoken to, but is maybe the nicest person on the planet. She helped me organise & deliver a couch on an extremely tight turnaround, and offered amazing solutions to problems I hadn't even thought about. She went well out of her way to assist me at 9:00am no less!! Absolutely stellar service - I would give more stars if I could.

Great quality and awesome customer service! I was a bit skeptical about the quality because the furniture and the price seemed too good to be true. But it’s all true! kudos to the online chat and the Preston store staff (Leslie in particular) who have been extremely helpful and responsive to my many queries about the delivery. Got my couch, desk and cabinet delivered within 14 days of ordering, they are all very well built and make our home look so much better. Thank you fantastic furniture! Highly recommend!!

10/10 customer service, I contacted the store about a piece of furniture that I had purchased in the past as there was a part that I needed to replace. They came back to me immediately and I was able to drop into their store and collect the piece I needed. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and the service exceeded my expectations.

So impressed by the service from FF Preston. I had ordered 3 items all on seperate transactions and a lovely staff member noticed this and called me offering to refund 2 of the delivery fees I had paid, seeing as she noted they were all going to be delivered together anyway.
It was such a thoughtful thing to do and it took me by surprise. Most businesses would have ignored it and kept the money seeing as it was already paid and I hadn’t raised it with them for a refund. They also communicated so well - really FANTASTIC!

We did have a slight problem with the product we purchased so required it to have to be returned.We replaced it for the same product.
I would like to acknowledge the the superb service we received from Lucy.She was so polite,helpful and extremely friendly,nothing was a problem to her she went out of her way to help us.A big thank you Lucy.💐👏🏻

Doing this review under partners name. Bought a couch (online) and had it delivered today. Had some problems with attaching feet and spoke to a Christina, who went above and beyond the call of duty of customer service. I was so disappointed this afternoon that I wrote out a poor review which I now totally regret. Christina has changed my mind about this whole episode. She knows who I am. Value her utmost professionalism and customer care very much as well as your store very much. Thank you!

Ordered online, item ready within minutes. Came to the warehouse - quick and easy service to collect & even carried to my car. Couldn’t be better & really friendly to boot. Recommend!

Originally had a problem with stock showing online that wasn’t actually in store, but the workers in the despatch area did everything they could to help out and get us our desk in time for an early Christmas!

Very good customer service

I ordered a bed online - got a call from the store within an hour of placing the order. They organised the delivery for the next morning. The bed was delivered at 8am the next day. Fantastic service!

Buying a couch during lockdown is either going to be a hit or miss. I thank Henry for assisting with finding out how deliveries will work during lockdown and giving me a description of comfortabilty and affordability on the couch I am interested in.
I originally spoke to the Highpoint store to Sue who was helpful but havent been able to get her assistance during the times I've called but have been getting another girl who has no customer service skills or the interest to sell.

Lesley helped me find the one and only king single bed with storage in stock! She was so helpful and lovely.

Great selection of home furnishings , i bought a fold up trundle bed , all the staff were fabulous and extremely helpfull , i will definitely be a return cutomer .
