Freedom - Preston

I recently purchased my first home and bought my couch from Freedom. I was upset to hear that my couch was delayed due to the issues at the port. However I was dealing with a lovely woman named Phoebe. Not only did she escalate my concern the couch was delivered within the week and Phoebe called for a follow up! I love my new couch and am so happy with the level of customer service I received from Phoebe! She has been amazing!

Incredible service by Pheobe - was SUCH a delight dealing with her on the two occasions, one of which was a return with no hassles at all. Also very knowledgeable when it came to the installation of products and went above and beyond with her customer service. Absolute legend!

I had the best experience shopping at the Preston Store on their sale. I was served by two lovely Sales Team Members named Anum & Rose :)
They were so lovely and very helpful. Anum & Rose were exceptionally friendly and really polite and nothing was a bother. They both worked together to make sure I was happy with my purchases and really went out of their way help me in every way possible . More stores should have sales people like them! Highly recommend shopping at Preston Store!

Quality furniture. My special thanks to Ryan and Joel the delivery team from Ambler Transport. Punctual, efficient and professional. A delight to meet you both. Once again, the Freedom Furniture organisation is very very good to deal with.

I went to Freedom to buy faux flowers for various arrangements and looks I was creating for my living space. Jess was very friendly and suggested I speak with Sarah (designer) for help and ideas to suit my space. Sarah was amazing, she looked at my photos of my home and helped create a stunning bouquet of flowers and suggested other options to bring colour into my space. They were so accommodating and reminded me I could bring them back if not quite right. I did bring some back but purchased more and a lamp which all look amazing. I am so very pleased with the quality of the products and the expert help I received. Thank you Jess and Sarah!

I purchased a lamp online , the product had a minor defect and Freedom Preston responded promptly and sent a new lamp . I’m very happy with the customer service received from Rose :)

Wonderful customer service! Corey and Bree (sorry if I spelt your names wrong) are awesome! I love seeing their faces whenever I go into the store. They are so happy and helpful. I always go back to the Preston store because of them! I recently had a refund processed and it was such an easy and positive experience. I'm always kept up to date with my orders and there are always some beautiful pieces to be found in store.

Hello to Gabrielle and your manager (sorry I didn’t catch your name) - the legends who served my wife and I today. After being excited for months to come sofa shopping, I can confirm that the whole experience was exemplary. Gabrielle’s service style is incredibly genuine and is naturally helpful. I ordered some additional Essentials Signature chairs from Freedom when I got an extender table - and Mohammed and Liam at the Northland store provided service above and beyond when they helped me out when the base of the new chairs was different to the older model.

Great range of furniture and found exactly what I was after. The dealings I had with Sarah - the instore Interior Designer, and Gabrielle was exceptional.
Their knowledge of products and recommendations was so helpful, and they sent me a lot of pictures so I could make the right decisions. Will be recommending to my friends!

My partner and I went into store today to have a look at the Cancun range.
We were served by Lisa, she showed great knowledge on the products in store and similar alternatives based on our tastes and price effectiveness.
Unlike some sales persons who give their reccomendations in order to make a sale, Lisa's help was genuine and appreciated.

We have the best experience shopping for mattress here. The lady manager was so helpful and not at all pushing for sell - it makes customer happily spent money here. Totally A+++ services, that I wish it's the standard of all Freedom shops - it will totally destroy the internet shopping.
