I was referred here by a shop in the centre when I purchased my dress. I saw some negative reviews however i though i would give it a go anyways and i'm glad that i did! i think this will be my new spot for tailoring. when i walked in i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. the tailor listened attentively to my preferences and concerns and were really open to what i was saying.

maybe the management and staff have changed since the last negative reviews because whoever fixed up my dress did an amazing job. it fit perfectly and all of my concerns were evidently addressed. i'm guessing the other reviews stem from isolated incidents or misunderstandings because based on my firsthand experience, i can definitely say that this tailor deserves more recognition for their outstanding work. i would highly recommend giving them a chance, as they may pleasantly surprise you with their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction

It was my first visit to this location in Penrith. I am familiar with the LookSmart brand and I am a loyal customer. I dropped off two pair of pants for a shortening service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure to understand my preferences and needs before proceeding with the alterations.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. My pants were expertly hemmed to the perfect length, with meticulous attention to detail. The stitching was flawless, and you can tell that they take great pride in their craft.

I am so pleased I discovered this Alterations Store in Westfields Penirth. I have heard good things about Looksmart from friends and family. Tucked away next to Woolworths this is so convenient to get to and can’t believe I haven’t realised it before. I visited late afternoon before the store was about to close and I was blown away with how clean the store was. The staff member who greeted me was super friendly. The pinning service was first class, the tailor waited and checked with me to ensure I was happy with the pinned length, you could tell she actually cared which was nice. I dropped off my pants around 4:15pm and by 4:45pm the same DAY they were ready. I didn’t try them on at the store, I went home and tired them on. I was very very pleased with the end result for my pants shortening and alterations service. The tailor even gave me a voucher on farewell for my next visit. This was a nice touch. I’ve already gone through my closet and found a few more items which are in need of tailoring. I look forward to returning to LookSmart Penirth for more of my alteration needs.

My mum visited on my behalf today, she was going to try return a pair of pants purchased as we didn’t realise the zip was broken, by chance Look Smart was open so mum popped into to see how hard it would be to repair, the staff were so obliging and fixed the pants right on the spot. Mum was super impressed with the repair but also the service of the staff! We will definitely use in the future!

It was swift, by the time I come back from coffee it's all done and altered pants fit my short legs perfect.
I use to live in Eastern suburbs and alteration price they offer here in Looksmart is unbeatable.
I will return soon as I promised as my mum sent her big load of her clothes to be altered from Hobart.

Lovely customer service and very quick turnover. They only charged us for one garment, even when they realised they left it as a sign of good faith.

Thrilled with the service I received from these guys. First visit had a bunch of pants to be taken up, the price was good and they got them all done within the hour.

I collected my suit today from LookSmart Alterations after having it incorrectly tailored at For You Tailoring. The team at Looksmart immediately started working on my suit and had it finished within only a few hours while it took ForYou over 3 weeks to incorrectly “finish”. I could not be happier with the result from LookSmart and was over the moon by the professionalism by the LookSmart team and the end result of my suit. LookSmart Penrith is a fantastic place for all your alteration needs. The tailors have never let me down, even the most complicated alterations they always get it done. Since new management has taken over the service has been impeccable! They’re open late on Thursday night which is good and located next to Woolworths in Westfields it’s a super convenient location.
