I cannot thank the staff here enough just days off Christmas and accepting an emergency trauma incident keeping them back over an hour late. Dr Brad we would not have got through dental care without you and then this terrible accident was only a successful repair because of his trust in you.

I was the last appointment of the day yet the atmosphere when I walked in was relaxed and friendly. I hate going to the dentist and put this off longer than I should have. I got Dr Alyce and she was gentle and fantastic. Highly recommended.

Had such a good experience getting a clean, and check up today. The dentist was very aware of my sensitivities, and provided the utmost care which made it an all round very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Bupa Albany Creek. Brad, my Dental Hygienist, is always such a friendly, familiar face and very skilled in his craft. Love that he’s been my hygienist for the past 7 years too - ever since moving to the Northside. The receptionist team are also always helpful and friendly. The Dentists that I’ve seen here are very thorough and easy to communicate with. Everyone here are fabulous with kids as well.

I am always terrified of going to the dentist but todays visit as a new patient was exceptional. The atmosphere, the reception staff, the Dentist and the Dental Assistant made me feel calm and supported. I can not find 1 fault with anything. Thank you. I actually left with a smile❤

Bupa dental at Albany Creek was very professional, caring and efficient. I hate dentists but found Dr Bryan just fantastic. He listened to my concerns and was just so gentle, and I had no pain with any of procedure. Highly recommend.

Dr Chau has been amazing on my two visits. She’s personable, non judgemental, softly spoken but confident in what she is telling you and there is no pressure around what you have to do next. She has been quick and efficient with each treatment and talks you through what she is doing so there are no surprises. Highly recommend.

My partner and I have seen Bryan, Alyce and Ken and could not be more pleased with their treatment and service! All are very knowledgeable and also very kind and friendly. Thanks again team!

I have been to see Dr Bryan Ong on a few occasions now, and at all appointments he was on time, he was thorough, and he was very polite to his dental assistant!!! I would definitely recommend him and his staff to my friends and family!!!

I love this dentist practice, and I love Dr Alyce. She's really helpful. I'm still afraid of dentists a little bit, but thanks to Dr Alyce and the rest of the team at Bupa Dental Albany Creek, I'm a lot better and I cannot recommend them high enough. If you're afraid of dentists, I recommend calling this dentist practice and asking for Dr Alyce. Couldn't have been treated any better. From the reception through treatment to exit great customer service was provided by the Albany Creek BUPA team. Never an easy thing for anyone to contemplate going to the dentist for dental work beyond a check up, however a special note of thanks to Dr Alyce who gave exceptional advice and patient compassionate recommendations and care through the treatment process. Following his visit he said his experience was a delight. From the caring nature of front reception staff to surgery staff who helped us with a walking frame, doors, in and out of dental chairs and genuine respect of his dignity and care. We have been welcomed happily into this practice, even as members from another health fund. All staff are so very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very nice. Dr Ken Lau is to be commended on his excellent chair-side manner.

I had an old crown fall out so I need an emergency appointment. I got in almost straight away. My tooth was fixed and all is good now. I was extremely happy with the service
