Excellent, friendly service. Car came back in mint condition. Same as the day I bought it. Very glad to have found Stylemaster, would definitely go back.

Unfortunately I've been there twice in the last few months, but the team there were amazing to deal with, good customer service and a great job.

Many thanks to Philip, Chris and Emma for taking such good care of me and my car. Once again, the car was returned in immaculate condition, inside and out. It is greatly appreciated.

My car was involved in an incident in November 2022. As I was not sure if there was a Volvo Authorised repair, I spoke to my servicing Volvo dealer to see and was referred to Style Master. Did a bit of research and came to know it is family owned business spreading over 3 generations - Now that is what gave me peace of mind that my car would be well looked after and taken care off. Right from the quoting to the finish, I was being updated on the damage and repairs being performed on the car by the one and only Chris. Thanks to Phil, Ben, Chris and the team at SMP. Great work and very supportive as you all know it takes a mental toll when you love your cars. Keep up the great work and Keep Rocking Always :)

We recently had our Volvo repaired with Stylemaster's. The service was fantastic. We dealt with Chris who helped us through all the stages of assessment to repair. He was quick to respond and always willing to take a phone call. The car came back fully washed and detailed too. The kids thought we had a new car! The repair job was well done and our confidence built being a certified Volvo repairer.

Fantastic service from Stylemaster Panels, did a brilliant job repairing my Mercedes when another repairer could not do the job without the car being a total loss. Chris was very helpful and responsive and Stylemaster completed the work on time and to an extremely high standard. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team were very professional and responsive in repairing my vehicle. The quality of the repair work was excellent and the car was returned sparking clean. I highly recommend them!

I can't comment on value, because my car was in repair as a result of an insurance claim, but let me talk about what I can comment on.

My car and I were a victim of the January hail storm in Melbourne. My dealership recommended Stylemaster as they were specialists in the car that was damaged. I never thought I was a car person, but I was devastated with the damage to our fantastic car.

I rang and from the get go, I can only say professional, businesslike and assuring that they knew what they were about, was very, very reassuring.

I loved their proud display of heritage and history in the waiting room.

Their customer service surpassed even my expectation, though I do deal with clients with a similar business model. It was just nice being on the receiving end for a change.

To cap it all off, my car was repaired and delivered back to me before the advised date. So happy!!

Thanks to all the people who put Humpty Dumpty back together again and if it happens again, in the immortal words of Arnie, "I'll be Back!"

I love this business. Phillip tells the story of how his father started it and named the business after the Stylemaster Chevy. I've had two cars repaired here and they have done a beautiful job each time repairing damage and restoring the car to its full glory taking personal pride in their work. I wish there were more businesses like this around. Also the place to go when your insurer has sent you to a dud repairer and you then need an expert to rectify issues. I get choice of repairer insurance just to make sure I can use them. Thank you for fixing my baby.

Best panel beaters I've ever been to. Friendly, professional staff. Clean workshop, which is unusual for any type of car shop.

They did a perfect job fixing my rear bumper.

A friend told me about them and I'm glad I went there.

The only negative (which I guess is a reflection on their quality) is they were booked out for a week, when I went.

UPDATE:

Went back again a few weeks ago (Jan 2017) and again they did an excellent job again.

I would recommend this repairer based on both times I used them.

Very happy! There are not many great panel shops out there but this one is fantastic! We are very fussy and particularl with our cars and we have not found one fault with the work we had done. Lovely customer service aswell :)
