Lived 100m away from this sterling service for 15 years. For a couple of years there they (tongue in cheek) referred to me as their best customer. A lot can go wrong when your car is parked on a narrow yet busy street.
As a many time repeat customer our relationship grew and all, everything was good. I particularly enjoy the upbeat yet respectful staff. Also that as busy as they always are; they take the time to give considered advice and make time to go the extra mile.

The guys at this shop made my experience smooth and without any hassle. They are extremely professional and have the customer's wants and needs at the centre of their service. My car was driven into by another motorists and the detailing and work they did to fix my SUV had it looking BRAND NEW. The wash at the end was amazing and I am so thankful to Paul and Luke! I took my car in for a glass replacement repair and the I want to thank Luke for the professional and prompt work done on it. I liked the acknowledgement on arriving, they knew the job was booked in and ready to go, and moved the car inside immediately so the broken glass/window is not exposed to outside environment. Promised completion was spot on and provided advanced SMS messaging for car pick up. The car had a full wash was great as a complimentary service. All paper work was seamless. Would highly recommend their service.

Can recommend. 5 Star service for a non fault insurance thing. They helped from the get go recommending a course of action with the other party and handled the whole thing from there. The actual work on the panel was first class and they detailed in and out for cherry on top.

I have lived in Richmond for 60 years and have a good knowledge of the excellent services Richmond businesses have to offer. Bridge Road Body Works is a most highly excellent body repairers in many aspects., I cannot speak highly enough about the their service. The owner makes you feel comfortable and at ease and keeps you informed on the progress of your car and I found their prices are very good. I put my car in to be repaired on the Wednesday and was told it would be ready the next day on the Thursday, it was and I have to say WOW it looked fantastic. No bog filler, fantastic repair and my car was cleaned and polished inside and out, it looked like when I first bought it, I was so happy. I highly recommend Bridge Road Body Works if you need a repair done on your car you and your car will be well looked after guaranteed. I went back to Bridge Road Body works on Saturday 16/3/19 after someone hit my parked car. The repair and customer service was impeccable.

Our car was only 4 weeks young and it unfortunately was damaged by scraping against a brick wall. The level of service carried out was exceptional. Sam kept us fully informed during the repair process. Overall the cost and quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. We are more than happy and our car looks as good as new.

In a time where one continually reads about people and businesses providing bad and dodgy service I feel its important to write this review for a company that has provided the exact opposite. I went to Bridge Road Body Works to get their opinion regarding a scratch on the back of my car. Sam the owner told me they would be able to paint it for me. I returned the next day and not only did they paint it but his employee Tony spent considerable time polishing out other scratches on my car. Sam then refused to accept payment. An extremely generous gesture and hence I am very happy to write my first google review to recommend this business. They have been on Bridge Road a very long time and it makes sense if this is the type of customer service they provide. I am extremely happy to recommend them-Definitely give them a go! Natalie

Paul and the team have taken care of us twice in the space of as many months and have done an incredible job. The first time I hit a pole just before Christmas (the worst possible time!) and the second time our car was vandalized & was scratched up. The first time I took my car here I had crashed it. I already had 3 quotes from other businesses & they ran into the thousands..... I was almost in tears wondering how I was going to afford it until I got a quote from these guys It was so much more affordable & they did such an amazing job. The team is easy to deal with. I highly recommend.
