Lake Eden

Love this place is so beautiful, take the kids, take your dog and take a picnic, there are shops nearby for coffee and cake, breakfast, brunch and lunch. Most people walking dogs are happy to chat. Highly recommended. The boardwalk is fabulous and very dog friendly.

Love this place, we are here quite frequently. So many turtles, lizards, ducks, fish, eels, so many different bird species. It's beautiful. 3 different playgrounds around the walk and a beautiful cafe. Plenty of space to have a picnic all round the lake too. Bubblers to fill your water bottle and restrooms too.

Nice lake to have a walk and enjoy watching turtles, iguanas, swans and many other birds.

Pretty beautiful lake. A good place to do walk, jog or run, choice is yours.

Lots of spaces and playground for kids of different ages.
Have some designated covered areas for picnic too.

Street parking available, patrolled by rangers from council.

No tickets need wasn’t busy during lunch hours on Thursday.

Lake Eden at North Lakes is a great family stroll. Just big enough for the kids to feel like they have done a good mission around the lake. Or without the kids, it's small enough to do a few laps if your looking for exercise.

Heaps of wild life to see including eels, turtles, water dragons, fish, and heaps of bird life.

There is a Cafe on the lake incase you want to stop for something to eat or get some coffee.

Also, there are 2 playgrounds to stop at on the loop to keep the kids entertained or incentivised to get around the lake.

Such a beautiful location for an early morning or evening walk. Lots of wildlife to view, easy walking paths, clean and some lovely picnic spots along the journey. It feels like a place away from the city hussel yet nestled right in middle od burbs. A location for a regular visit to enjoy ❤

Went there around 10am to have a little walk and get some fresh air. Loved it. The area is so quiet even being near a main road. The walk along the lake is beautiful ans peaceful. I could find a parking spot up near the residential area, which is absolutely beautiful too!

Was just beautiful the other day to have a ‘stop and smell the flowers’ moment and capture some of the beautiful spots that our small little community has to offer. So relaxing and so many people out and about enjoying the park with their children, the views, people keeping fit and walking their fur babies.

A great little walking track around the lake! Great for young families looking for a picnic spot too. Lots of wildlife for the kids to look - even some baby goslings on our recent visit. There's also a lot of lizards, but they're largely harmless. You do need to keep an eye out for snakes though, we've seen quite a few in the times we've visited.

Beautiful lake in North Lakes. A nice place to take the kids out to play restaurants are near by. Love going to this place very safe at night with lighting. Turtles, fishes and ducks are all over the place. Plenty of benches and seating area and side street parking.

Great place for a stroll. We ride our bikes around and people also enjoy running/jogging around. You can see the turtles, swans and ducks. Great place for a photo opportunity when the sun sets.

Awesome little park. Great for exercising and dog walking. My old man walks his bull terrier daily around the lake to stay fit and he's never once had an issue in 5 years with safety or jerks being jerks like some other parks. Highly recommend.

Lovely spot to see swans, turtles, eels, ducks. Walking tracks and a peaceful spot to visit. Small playground and a cafe on site also.

An oasis in the heart of North Lakes Town Centre. You can walk around the entire lake and the paths are scooter friendly and relatively flat. There is a cafe on site and public toilets are available.

Well cared for place, nice walk around the lake with playgrounds and an exercise spot. A Cafe and grassy picnic areas make it perfect. Loads of fish, ducks, swans and turtles to spot in the water!

Beautiful nature, lots of birds, nice cafe, bbq areas make this place interesting for walking, running and relaxing as well.
