We attended at Bathroom Life, Richmond, the other day to get some ideas for some future projects. We were approached by one of their Retail Consultants Gabrielle and she was absolutely fantastic. We have some major renovations to do and she spent more than an hour with us, discussing the various product ranges depending on our budgets. What was most impressive about Gabrielle was that she was extremely pro-active and covered off on things we had not yet thought of. She was very personable and thoughtful and thorough as we discussed bathroom and kitchen options. She really knew her stuff, demonstrated how we can use the 3D room planner and also made us a coffee. We would not hesitate in recommending Bathroom Life Richmond and getting advice from Gabrielle. Thank you again Gabrielle for sharing your knowledge and giving us great confidence in buying products from Reece.

Deb at Reece Bathroom Life in Bridge Road Richmond was amazing. We spent about 45 minutes together last Saturday morning choosing items. Her helpful, practical advice was invaluable. She knew all of the products and some from her own experience and recommended some of the product I'd already chosen but also some alternatives which ended up being better (and not more expensive). Extensive and expensive bathroom stuff here ... enjoyable experience finding our stuff though.

I like Reece. It has good quality stuff. However sometimes I feel some staff pushing me to an especial brand.
Also, I wish they had some discount sometimes
