Autopro Cowes

I visited Autopro in Cowes this afternoon and received outstanding customer service from Seth.

He took the time to help me with paint scratches on my car. I would highly recommend his service to anyone visiting the store! Thank you again.

a young gentleman around 15 was very kind to me and managed to help me with all my autopro needs, he was able to quickly identify what was required and he was very swift to the case. i will be coming back again

Very good auto accessories place. Prices are good and cheap. I got a chrome Wheel Brace for $16. (Mitre 10 was selling WBs for $28.) So well worth trying out for any vehicle extras. Extensive range of products and very helpful staff.

Had a torn drive belt when we were heading back to Melbourne from the town. Steve was really helpful although we got the wrong parts number for him to order 😅 We got the part around 11am which is slightly earlier than what he promised. Really appreciate all the help that we got throughout this unforgettable experience.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they do not have an item in stock, they are both prepared to get it in for you and then telephone you to let you know that it has arrived. I could not complain about the service that I have had whilst shopping there!

Shopped here a few times recently and the service has been excellent. The young guy who has helped me several times knows what he is talking about and has helped me immensely.

Was on my way out of Cowes back to Melbourne when my car battery went flat. Being peak tourist season I knew RACV would be hours away, I'm 7 months pregnant with a toddler and was a hot day. Went into Autopro for help, where they matched my battery, walked me back to my car and fitted it right there and then. Then asked me to take my car to the back of the workshop so they could test it all was working fine. Amazing customer service, couldn't be more grateful! Thank you again ☺

This place is well stocked, reasonably priced and gives great service. I called earlier and Nick knew the part I needed plus the pros and cons of the various price options.

Went in to buy something from the catalogue, staff very helpful and happy to help customers. The store is smaller than other autobarns , but very organised and seems to stock almost everything that a DIY home mechanic would need

Super useful little store, and very smart staff with great customer service, can order parts in that you may need.

If they haven't got it they will do there best. Great for the island it's like a sub store. CHEERS
