Bubble Cuppa

Bubble Cuppa shepparton has the best bubble tea I have tasted, I have tried lots of bubble tea shops and Bubble Cuppa always comes on top. The workers are always happy and I feel welcome everytime I walk in. Another plus is that there menu is big enough to fit anyone's taste.

AMAZING STAFF! They're always super duper friendly when i walk in - absolutely lovely smiley and vocally happy to see me again. I can't believe they remembered my order so quickly into getting to know me. And don't make me feel bad at all for being fussy like some shops might! and it made my days where i was on the verge of becoming non verbal so much easier because they immediately knew what i wanted (even on the phone!) It became a safe place for me. They're very autistic friendly! They don't mind me waiting outside and will bring it out without me even asking when I'm overwhelmed by people/noise or just having a tough day and need to be alone. Theyre so fast with it too! i truly love this place for my fruity icy goodness! Mango was the best - i liked some others but thats my go to! Max sugar and extra flavoring added ! Almost every single time. But their new raspberry is just SKY-ROCKETING to the top of the list (i bought both just in case as my sensory issues are very bad and i didnt want to go without a drink) so now i have two yummy drinks for the evening. They last well i sometimes have adhd brain and leave it on a bench somewhere and hours later i find it and its still cold and yum (these two were at 12.30 still cold/yum at 3.50pm!) Although picture was taken at 1.40pm coz i was makin tacos - so you can see still frozen ! LOVE EM! My mum was down on holiday and she isnt into sweet things and wasn't expecting to like it. And she loved it. She even said next time she would try a tiny bit more sugar.

So glad to see bubble tea in country towns.
I ordered the Jasmine Milk tea which had the very strong tea flavour that I love. Pearls has the perfect consistency.

The staff here are always friendly and so very helpful when trying to pick new flavours to try. When I'm in town, I always get 1 new drink to try and my go to drink. Which is a iced jasmine green tea with kiwi popping pearls. The staff make it perfect every time, even when they are busy as all heck. I highly recommend trying them.

Kind staff and great tea! The server accidentally charged us for extra dumplings (we did not mind what so ever) and she was very honest and fixed her mistake which we thought was very nice of her. The tea was very sweet just to my liking :)

Best bubble tea in Shepparton by far! Have tried hot tea, cold tea, fruity smoothies, tapiooca pearls, rainbow jellies, yum, yum, yum! Although I do order only 30% sweetness as it can be far too sweet. And they have the best dumplings!

Went to Bubble Cuppa for lunch with a friend. Lovely polite staff, clean cafe, very relaxed atmosphere. We shared Crab Claws, Potato Prawns, Spring Rolls & Sesame Prawns. The food was lovely, all cooked fresh and we topped it off with a Green Apple Smoothie & Pineapple Smoothie. We both will be going back again.

After having a minor misunderstanding with my order, the person I talked to was named “gypsey”, she was extremely kind and understanding, she offered me to come in and see the mistake on her end which shows how dedicated to her customer service is. She was completely comforting and made me feel satisfied with her customer service. Give this girl a raise!

Great little Tea shop friendly staff, having travelled to Taiwan and recently moved to the Area ,I was in Emergency need of Boba Tea fix,was able to fix my addiction problems quickly .
Good quality Tea with authentic flavor the pearl balls
had good texture fresh and not feeling like rubber squash balls on my tongue

Love the iced tea here. Big plus ordering from here is choosing how much sugar goes in it. Giving people like me to enjoy flavoured tea without the over sweetness.
