Saturday 6th August shopped at yd and every staff member spoke to me as I was checking out jeans. They all informed me of the 2 pair for $60, they knew the product well.
I waited at checkout as serving another customer and the female staff member apologised to me for the wait. I told them how impressed I was with there customer service. Thank you.

Shannon customer service is unreal not only she helped me instore but also help me looking for another pair in a different YD store and booked that for me as well !!

I had a great experience at yd Essendon DFO. The customer service was fantastic. Even at 6 30 she did not ask me to leave. She had great taste of clothing and the color matching. She has got great skills on clothing and patterns. I just loved my experience and I am sure next time I am definitely going to yd Essendon DFO.

I had gone last week I was in pressed on the variety of shops, I had found a children shops where I had purchased clothing for Christmas, was naughty purchased a rather large amount sweets.
