Staff are always so friendly... some even learn your name and your order.. fuel is a little more expensive, but it's still the go to servo in portland

What a great petrol/fast-food shop went there today with my daughter they are so nice, customer service one of the best I've ever seen (Justin I think he's name was) was super friendly and the manager also was super nice, I will be going there again in the future.

I did not Hate the OTR Servo etc.Went there for Car wash facility.Service in Store from Liam was Excellent!

Everything is pretty good. But these times with covid in the community I realy think the drivethrew should be open 24 hrs as it has been shut a lot latley.

New, big range of 'stuff' but service was very slow. Perhaps girl was in training?? Give it a go, it may have just been an off day.

Good coffee
Hotdogs passable, good value
Was told I couldn't get a choc shake the day i went. That's ok I guess.
The place needs hot chips in the drive through.. I just want chips!
Drive through needs a better menu. All it shows is dogs, the unavailable shakes, coffee and mystery sandwich.

Obviously being New Year’s Eve it’s going to be busy but waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes only to be told they don’t have what we wanted, I think they should have had more staff but that’s just my opinion otherwise they are usually nice and quick
