The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visits enjoyable and stress-free. Petbarn has a wide range of products to choose from, catering to different pet's needs. What's more, they sometimes offer great deals, especially their spend and save promotions, which are fantastic for pet owners looking to save some money. Overall, I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

Pets are welcome and our Lexi enjoys going to Petbarn as she knows she will get a treat.

There is also dog grooming and vet services right within the premises.

Had a great experience today by a young girl (didn't catch her name, but she had some cool blue jeans with embroidered flowers on them!) help me today. Extremely friendly and helpful especially since i had my hands full with a puppy 🙂

Just collected my Charlie from their grooming salon-so happy with the result! He smelled fab and he was relaxed coming home unlike other times with other places. The ladies who did excellent work were nice and friendly too. Highly recommended!

I got a new outfit for my puppy dog and she is soo cute in it.

We went with our adopted puppy the day we got her, with no idea what food to get her. The staff were amazing, telling us exactly what foods to avoid and what the best quality there is for her etc. they really stepped out of their way to assist us.

My BIchons Mia and Merlin get so excited when we pull into the carpark at PetBarn. They adore going into the store and the staff always make them feel welcome. Definitely my pet store of choice.

Grooming. Recommended. Being a long term customer since 2015 their service has been good and consistent. Price has gone up again and again though but still my first choice.

Louis loves going to the groomers. She loves playing with the other dogs and the team are always so welcoming and warm. I highly recommend Box Hill Petbarn

Well-stocked store with super-friendly staff. This store includes a Greencross vet so you can get your fur-baby’s health checked while also buying pet necessities. With a Petbarn Card or Healthy Pets Plus membership there are discounts on food, worming medication, toys and bedding at different times.

There is adequate parking at this store, with traffic lights making an easy entry/exit across Middleborough Road. Ramp access provides support for those with wheelchairs or prams.

Not too busy and always have what I need :)

Bit pricey but they have everything you need under one roof and quality products for your cutie pies

The staff are so very friendly. The love for my puppy Leo was so heartwarming and just felt so comfortable shopping here for LEO!

I was helped by Tom, who was very patient with all my questions and enquiries. He also helped me put all the stuff into the car. 5 star customer services and super friendly staff.

This place is great. Well set up and lots of signs. Also very helpful staff. I have a highly intelligent but biting whippet and needed some help finding things that would last longer than a day. I ended up with a kong that she loves to play with and an Antler bone that she is still chewing on. Thanks

First time here. The staff are very friendly and the groomers were really great! My dog normally hates getting groomed, but the groomers said she was fantastic and really good. I was amazed. She looks so cute with her hair cut, I'm really happy. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! 👍😊🐶
