What a wonderful experience. Alvin has been available for any questions I had through the pre and post pick up journey. He even text to ask how I was travelling on my first day out in my beautiful Mini Cooper Classic.
Alvin & all the staff we had contact with were flexible and understanding about the vehicle pick up date. When I picked the vehicle up Alvin ran through all the essential feature’s & assured me that he is available if I have any questions going forward.

Alvin made us feel like we were dealing with a friend rather than a ‘car salesman’, which is such a refreshing change from past experiences. I also really appreciated the efforts he took to secure my preferred colour combo. My cute mini makes me smile every time I look at it and is soooo much fun to drive.

I have a story to tell to anyone willing to read it. I have never been to a MINI dealership before nor had I ever honestly considered purchasing one. My first memory was walking in the main door, being greeted by a team of people and offered help and a coffee. The experience only got better after talking with Leo the MINI man. After some of the greatest costumer service I have ever experienced in my life coupled with a vast knowledge for all things cars and a passion to please, a small hand full of test drives later I was in my very own MINI Cooper S.
