I came to pick up a click and collect order this morning and the girl at the counter was so lovely and friendly. I appreciated her chatting with me in the midst of shopping centre chaos.

I went into the Airport West store on Sunday and I had the best service from Monica. She was very polite and friendly and helped me choose the perfect bag and purse to match. I will definitely be coming back.

The girl serving there today was rude. When I wanted to pay she was ignoring me and pretending to be brooming the floor and left me waiting until I called her. And she also handed the earrings without a bag.
She needs more training.

Manager called Laura were very rude & non professional.she have no manners to handle customer inquiry & resolved the issue.very bad customer services.will never recommend anyone to go there.she is stupid lady & I must say she should learn manager skills before working as a manager.

Whenever I walk in always seen the lady on the mobile phone.she don’t give attention to the customers.bad customer services.
