I'm an electric wheelchair user so my review is from that perspective.

Great motel with a really extensive mini bar! Extremely clean and in a good location.

They even thoughtfully provide a bucket of water and window squeegee to clean your windscreen.

The only 2 small improvements I could see, would be a second grab rail in the shower for safety. And another mirror somewhere. The only way for me to get front on to the one currently there is by sitting on the toilet.

Really well cared for property and a lot of effort put in to make guests feel comfortable.

Recently stayed here on Saturday and Sunday, travelled from Perth for unfortunately circumstances.

Amazing location close to everything in town, service was fantastic and the room was very clean and maintained. We upgraded to the spa room for our daughter and she loved that she had a huge bed to herself.

Great little place to stay. well priced. Well equipped. Located in the town centre and easily accessible to restaurants supermarket and everything. Very close to the see as well. We stayed in two bedroom apartment. It has everything you need. Hair dryer to washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped. They keep the place very nice and tidy. Feel like they do their business with great interest and passion. Apartment also very clean and tidy. Only suggestion from me is they need to steam clean carpets more regularly than they do now. It's bit dirty.

This place was clean, comfortable, quiet and the owners are friendly. We have visited Portland alot over many years and stayed at different places and this will be our new go to motel. Easy parking and no road or neighbour noise makes for a very comfortable stay.

A really spacious, clean, quiet room that contained a small dining table and a two seater sofa. The host was polite and helpful and suggested a good place for dinner. We took her advice and it was worthwhile.

I love a motel owner who thinks about the small things, as well as the obvious comforts. A biscuit to have with a coffee on arrival, shower cap in the bathroom, good sized bath towels, a luggage rack and a triple sheeted bed. It's these things, along with somewhere comfy to sit, that make the difference.

My only criticism, and it wasn't that big a deal, is that the carparking outside our unit was a bit tight. The host told us we were free to move around to find a bit more space and we did. :)

I've stayed in Portland before and enjoyed the last place I stayed as well, but this was just that bit better.

A very clean and tidy room. The owners have so much information about Portland and surroundings. We were only going to stay one night but decided on another night because this place is so comfortable. Highly recommended!

Staff were really nice and polite, room was really big and spacious. Cleanliness was amazing and the bathroom felt luxurious. Parking is really good and overall we loved the place and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend and pricing is so worth it!

Very quiet, very clean and very well priced. Was a nice 2 night stay. The owners are great and didn't bother you unless you asked for them for something. I will go back again 100%. Perfect place, absolutely perfect.

1 night for work, spacious room, friendly owners, clean and quite. Portland is a beautiful area. If I can get away with the family we will 100% be staying here.

Large, clean, well apointed rooms. Price was good ( was cheapest avaliable on the night). The owner/manager was friendly. Would gladly stay here again.

Very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and very friendly obliging owners.

I stay at quite a few motels because if my work and this one has been one of the best.

The rooms are not contemporary, the but everything is neat and works.
The bed is one of the best I've ever had at a motel! The sheets and doona appeared to be brand new.
The heater was on when I arrived. Which is something I really like, as I often get in late, and it was an especially cold windy night.
Breakfast was as promised and on time.
The shower had plenty of water pressure and was beautiful and hot.

Will definatly be staying here again next time.

The owners are very nice and respectful, breakfast is always cooked fresh and yum. Rooms are prefect sizes and always cleaned. I stay here for work fairly often and I'm always happy with the service I receive.

It was a really nice room that we stayed in. And the beds are really comfy

Excellent customer service, clean, tidy fresh rooms and very comfortable beds. I highly recommended staying here on business trips and for leisure.

Extremely helpful staff have been able to provide an exceptional service on short notice, and I had an uneventful stay in a place within walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommended!

Great condition, verry clean, basic cooking facilities, meals available. Good parking for trucks and trailers. Highly recommend.
