Stayed with the great hospitality of the Parson family that run the William Dutton Motel while my father had surgery.
Lovely room with alot of light. Nice smelling liquid soap unlike most places. We slept 😴 well even though it is on the main thoroughfare. Close to the hospital, shopping district and the beach ⛱
All in all, a great place to stay.

Although not the most modern of motels, the room was clean, fresh and quiet. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I'm slightly mystified by the bad reviews here. This is a vintage old-style motel with actually some style and character. My room was perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable, and the place is within walking distance to the Portland waterfront with shops, restaurants and pubs. Rates are incredible for what you get. Loved it.

Husband (Gaz)walked in looking for a room was given a room clean and tidy. Owner very friendly wanted a chat .

Great friendly helpful owner that puts himself out to please,great price,the Motel is close to a Hotel that's popular by the locals also the shops are walking distance depending on one's age you can walk to most of the shops 🙂

Highly recommend! the rooms are lovely, very clean and well set up. the staff are really friendly and helpful and it's close to everything.

Great oldschool motel with great service, owner Greg is awesome and knowledgeable. Very clean and suited for those on a budget and not looking for the Hilton.

Comfortable, warm and clean with a great shower and nice soft towels. This hotel is great value and in a handy location, close to the CBD.
