The team were very professional & very welcoming when I entered the store. I was offered a choice of a refreshing drink while I browsed. They were very attentive whilst not hovering over my shoulder & helpful to the max.

Valentino. Why were the female sales staff having to wear full length, black & synthetic collared suit in summer? It made me feel uncomfortable. Perhaps you could come up with a style made from natural fibres for Aussie heat & conditions. Cheers Ron

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Gigi at Valentino Chadstone. She was a star! Her politeness and her amazing customer service was probably the best i've experienced. Her passion for Valentino was shining through as she showcased so many beautiful bags and jewellery pieces. It was an overall amazing conversation, looking forward to returning soon, that sequenced silver bag looked super dreamy, hope to be served by Gigi when i get it!!!! <3 :)

My experiences so far were decent with this store. Staffs are patient and they are willing to spend time knowing the different fits and sizes so that you will be able to make the right decision and not regretting the purchase. In love with my open skate sneakers and I'll definitely come back for new season arrivals.

It has been such a great delight being served by the lovely and kind Ousmane Jongue. Outstanding customer service, providing excelent care and attention to the finer details. It is a fun and exciting experience every time I shop at the Chadstone boutique. Regardless if I'm wearing trackies or designer fashion, I've received consistently wonderful service.

If you can, ask for Gigi. She goes beyond customer service and takes it to a whole new level!

Any time that I have visited Valentino, I have been met with incredible smiles, warm welcomes and the beautiful collections that Pierpaolo has created. I have always admired his aesthetic and I believe that his ideas compliment the heritage of the brand.

To Amy Choi down below, I think u need to calm down a bit, Choi u just a nobody and u think ur a queen or something. I was working in retail around 8yrs ago when I just got out from uni, I know both side how they feel, ur the type who say yes to anything in the store, when u go online u become a monster. I think even re-education won’t help u, cuz education cant change a person’s character and class. U spend what few hundred couple thousands and u think ur in luxury world? Please... u haven’t started yet. I give u a suggestion, u should shop in 2 dollar shop, that suits u best.
