Really good! We had the French toast with bacon, maple syrup and fresh fruit and the Classic Breakfast with perfect poached eggs and bacon. Would definitely make the trip again.

I think this is now under a new name (Brew Co?); but either way, their coffee was lovely, their vibe was nice and the baristas were friendly. They spent time helping me pick the right soy milk for my needs. The little biscuits with the coffee was a nice touch. My son loved the hot chocolate he bought.

Fantastic takeaway coffee and ham and cheese croissant. I will definitely be making this spot a regular and can not wait to go there for a sit down breakfast as the menu looked quite appealing. Super friendly staff and quick service.

Never fails to deliver, delicious food, well presented with great service. Tucked away but worth finding is this gem. The ingredients are fresh and flavoursome and well put together. Brings us back time and time again. We tell others because we know they too will have a wonderful meal.

I studied at the building next to them, there food was fabulous, and they had good coffee. Polite and friendly staff.

Lovely, caring service given to our group - which included persons with mobility challenges - with orders taken at the table for us. The food was excellent, equally good to my previous visit many months ago. Very happy to return 👍👍👍

Christmas Eve breakfast, our last one for 2016 in the buttery. As usual everything was fresh, fantastically cooked and presented. They stick to the good old adage that you eat with your eyes. Then to add to this, great coffee. Now all that is worth a 5 on its own but then you get the service. All the staff deserve a pat on the back, from taking your order at the till to the coffee makers, cooks, waitresses;waiters and pot washers. Angie and I look foward to 2017. Merry Xmas

Delicious breakfast and great coffee!! They have good veggie and vegan options too and some cakes that are not listed on their menu. Parking can be a bit of pain though there are new carparks around joondalup, walking distance to Buttery. Great place for catch up with a friend or a brunch date.
