Jb Hifi you have done it again. Not only provided top notch service but have a well designed and well stocked store. Managed to snag 2 dvds sadly they didn’t have a special on but maybe next visit.

I came in with my family yesterday & I bought a Samsung TV off Matt.
He was very welcoming, has heaps of knowledge & gave sound advice. We even got our TV delivered next day (today).

Amazing work Matt & also to the person who served us on the till.
My daughters (3yr olds) wanted to use their own money to pay for some stuff & you were super nice & friendly to them. They were so made up. Thank you

The wife and I shopped at JB HI FI Joondalup. We have been looking for a while to replace our old TV. Start talking to a salesman who's name was Jordan his knowledge of the products was amazing and after being shown the different brands we decided on the Hisense. It's been over a week now and the TV has been brilliant! Thank Jordan.

There is a very good man's hairdresser,,and a very good woman's hairdresser with- in the E shed... Friday Saturday & Sunday each weekend

Staff are very helpful. The store is clean and tidy. It has always had what I'm after in stock. The digital receipts are great.

Lots of staff, many different options and opinions on products, it's very helpful if you don't really know what you're looking for each department has at least 1 person who knows what you're after.

With this store it has most but not all the products you'd want, if you're looking for a larger range of house hold appliances then go to JB-Hi-Fi Home in Joondalup, it's not too far.

I still recommend shopping around online, as long as you can find other deals from big retailers in Australia. They may price match or just beat it for you.

I'm so happy they have opened in my are its such a good store. But they need more staff assistance. There is never anyone around to ask a question.
The pharmacy manager (man)is a bit rude, but the rest of the staff is lovely. They have a great selection, and if they don't, they get in for you in a week.
