Great customer attention to detail is what we experienced. Thank you for your assistance Nat in helping me choose a great selection of clothes for my niece. Retail staff don’t always get the recognition they deserve and felt it was definitely 💯 warranted to leave our feedback. Keep smiling lovely.

I went here on the 29th of July and the girls there were amazing at their jobs. One sales assistant picked out lots of options for me to try and was understands of my insecurities. The girl on fitting rooms was like a breath of fresh air. So willing to help. She made me feel beautiful in all outfits I showed her and even suggested items and I got thous is the end. Just wanted to acknowledge how amazing they were. They made my day.

Shout out to Ben and Nat at the Joondalup store. If you ever need a good hookup for excellent service and great advice, holla at them.

Staff was very friendly, needed to exchange an item without a receipt I was able to show a statement that was good enough as it wasn’t from this store but Melbourne, obviously can’t get a refund I understood that I did need the receipt and was not upset as they’re doing their jobs and they, like everywhere else, have specific processes to follow through. Always have come here with my daughters, they have such good experience too

Had an excellent experience attending Universal Store in Joondalup. My fashion was in need of a major update. Store was busy, but one of the sales reps was able to act as a “personal shopper” for me. Spent extra time picking out clothes, critiquing the sizing, never making me feel rushed. They even picked out items and colours I would never have even considered, but I looked sharp. I left with a snazzy new wardrobe, and it was all so much fun. It was an excellent customer service experience for me.

I probably shop at Universal Joondalup weekly. I am never disappointed with the friendliness and service of all the staff. A special thanks to the 3 lovely ladies working late night on Thursday 14th April. I would have left with nothing if it weren’t for your help! 😊

The girls here are so helpful! Liv helped me find a dress for a party and made me feel so comfortable

The people there are helpful staff. But if you have sensitive ears I recommend having headphones because they have loud music playing.
