Smart dollar Joondalup

I went there today to buy some dress ups for a party, one hour after buying these things i decided i wanted to return them as they wont match my outfit. The girls at the front counter were completely unprofessional and laughing the whole time i was there. I got told they don't do refunds even if you have a receipt and bought them the same day. So i asked for a store credit because i wanted to give the products i bought back to them since i wont use it. i got told i can swap them for anything i want worth the value i spent, and if i want a store credit it is only for a week.... like you get to keep my money so why not give me a store credit for longer so i can actually use it when its necessary for me???? Honestly very unprofessional and will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
