Chemist Warehouse Craigieburn

I recently moved to the area and visited Chemist Warehouse Craigieburn, Upon arrival I was instantly greeted by the amazing employee by the name of Nadia. Nadia went above and beyond when it came to customer service and had amazing product knowledge. But not only was she very informative about the products, she was soo kind to give me local recommendations of restaurants and shops after I had explained to her that I am new to the area. Its great to see that there are still employees that care for customer satisfaction, I will definitely be back to Chemist Warehouse Craigieburn very soon for Nadia's expertise.

I had to come allll the way out here from Tarneit as the item I had on prescription was available here in Craigieburn only. WOW!
In the entire city of Melbourne, here in Craigieburn, I guess thats better than Ballarat, haha 😒

Its a very busy store but the lines move quickly, so you arent waiting too long. There is a bit of parking outside, behind the store.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear my name called out correctly (its Polynesian) when my item was ready. Id like to thank the lovely pharmacist assistant who pronounced it so well, she was wearing a hijab and was very friendly + courteous ❤

Reasonably Priced, Has All Your Medication Requirements And Customer Service Is Good

Nadia helped me pick the perfect skincare routine, and picked the products most suitable to my skin type. So appreciative of her customer service. Such a kind and welcoming attitude

Small but well stocked shop. E-gift cards don’t work in this shop. Managed to speak to the manager about it. Such a very professional lady and willing to assist with the situation. Ended up buying online as click and collect using gift card and got the meds instantly as a solution. The manager has very good customer care and empathy too. Very good service. Highly recommended

Great collection and handy parking to store visit.

Mostly nice staff and almost has all the items. Prescriptions area has queue mostly. But last time they offered me to keep my scripts and msg me when it’s ready. It’s the best thing I ever did.

The hot identical twins are very good at their jobs, organizing everyone's prescriptions, and being efficient to get everyone served. The Pharmacist with the eye patch is also very professional and consultative and discreet.

Awesome, helpful staff everytime I visit. The pharmacist Eugiene is very helpful with all my questions. Very happy and cheerful crew. You can always tell that management is great, when the staff look happy to work there. Excellent work! Keep it up. 🙂

Excellent, knowledgable pharmacists ready to help with questions, no matter how busy the pharmacy is. I keep all my family scripts on their file and can simply call ahead so they keep them ready. Just remember its got narrow isles like most chemist warehouse stores (but stocked appropriately) so can get quite congested during busy periods, but thats the nature of the business I guess.

Excellent pharmaceutical shop with all kinds of medicines available. Extremely good customer friendly staff available at your service all throughout your stay. Easy accessibility for all the travellers from different parts of the suburbs and the city.

Heena was a great help! I had to get a specific medication for my daughter, which had been recommended by one of the doctors at Hanson Medical Centre. When my husband went to Chemist Warehouse he asked the pharmacist for the medicine. Heena didn’t hesitate to talked to me over the phone and told me that this medication was going to make the problem my daughter was facing worse. She didn’t only made me aware of the damage this could have done to my daughter, She also recommended the alternative medication. I’m so thankful to her. Chemist Warehouse CRAIGIEBURN offers great service and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!!

This is for a particular staff who helped me on Wednesday for women's fertility assistance and wished me good luck, as she also related it to her experience , I don't know her name but she was wearing a hijab and really made my day, you are a beautiful and humble person, thank you for all your assistance and shedding light to someone's day :)

Cheaper than local pharmacy. Sms service when scripts are due and ready to pick up. I never worry about running out of medication because they Sms my phone when they are due to run out. I simply reply yes to text message and pick them up.
