The staff have always been pleasant.

Nice staff but cashiers are inexperienced and gave the incorrect change. Also the products they sell are out of date. They sold expired stuff for $1 and some were 50c. They are breaching health and safety conducts.

This store routinely just throws whatever into the bag for the delivery drivers to deliver.
4 times I've had the wrong thing ordered, this last time we ordered three ice creams and was delivered a bag of Takis.
I don't care how inexperienced your staff are, they definitely know the difference between ice cream and chips.
There is a layer of protection for them in this, as it is the delivery driver that has to face the customer when they are delivering incorrect items.
So this is not only a blast on these people who don't really seem to care what they give people and still charge through the roof, it's also a shoutout to the delivery driver who went out of his way to return the wrong item, give the owner a serve and get the right items, for no other reason than he'd had this happen to him twice before with this store and had enough.
