I am not happy with allen freights as one of there drivers back into my car and push it in and allen freights keep fobbing me off when it there fault police where called as the driver left the scene of the accident and there was witness that seen him and now they keep putting me off wat kind of company are you

Very difficult company to deal with.
Poor customer service......
I would recommend paying extra and using Australia post if posting to South West Victoria. Once Allen’s get their hands on it they will deliver when they are ready and not before.
I own a Licensed post office outlet and regularly have to deal with Allen’s dissatisfied customers after they have held parcels in the depot for a week.
Not to mention having to wait for who knows when? to receive our stock.
I am 70 km from the depot....but if the parcels reach the depot on Friday we won’t receive them until a full week later...even if you pay for priority delivery.
I would even pick up our parcels if they were easier to communicate with.

Very poor customer service manner. They put card that they attended the premises when they did not knock on the door to avoid bringing the item up. Bad manner when you call them. When you go to them no one there to help you. Shocking experience twice.
