Great friendly staff. Hats off to the girls they do a great job, shop is clean and organised.

We often visit Ghanda when’s we visit Shepparton and find it a bit hard to manoeuvre the wheelchair around the store, we do our best but it would be amazing it there was a little more room. The staff are often helpful and friendly

The store kinda stunk. I hope the girl behind the counter had a great move back to Metropolitan Melbourne.

This store is dark and dreary. Certainly doesn’t invite you to come into the store. I’ve been to other stores and they’re bright and colourful with their windows dressed amazingly.

Horrible customer service at the new store. Both workers were having a conversation at the back of the shop, when I asked if I could try something on one of them rolled their eyes and unlocked the door without saying anything. When I went to pay for my item I had to wait for them to finish their conversation to be able to pay 😂 she then sighed when I was paying with a gift card. Very passive aggressive staff on the Sunday shift.

Why are the staff here so rude. I walked in and no hello nothing and a turned back. She gave me attitude when I asked if they had something simple. Honestly get better staff they’re always rude and stuck up.

Poor as wanted to exchange size 10???? For 8 Missleading sizes had a 8 Bought back next day with tag never worn way too Big
