The Deck

A fantastic place to visit for a beer or a feed. Centrally located just upstairs off the mall, this place features a open plan deck, sheltered from the west, perfect for knock-off drinks, a couple of beers and a meal of even a function. The staff are fantastic and bring back the old town charm, with a quick chat, advice on the area, and they quick with a drink too. I’d highly recommend this place as a chilled venue with atmosphere.

Well i guess this is the best place to unwind and dance in greater victoria. The music is up to date. The ambiance is soo nice. Take note the staffs are super friendly.

Really good food that was very fresh.
Staff were happy for a chat and they bar was great.
Pricing was pretty cheap.
Next time were in Shepperton, this is where we will be for dinner.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Sunday. The staff were super friendly and food was great! Very well priced too. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a spot for some Sunday sippers.

Great discovery. Great for people watching with views over Maude St, or a quiet corner to enjoy tasty food. Looks like a small stage in the corner, holds promise of fun times as well.

Tasty food and great, friendly staff that are happy to help. Prompt service and food. Nutella pizza is a win!

Service and food was amazing! The guys made our night, they were happy and chatty and up for a joke and a laugh. Everything on our table tasted great, they were happy to make the kids some cool mocktails and made me the best espresso i have had. Can't wait to go back. Thanks guys x

I love places like this that have a real happy party feel to them and The Deck is one of them. Good prices and awesome food. I can seriously vouch for the Caesar Salad 😍😙😉😎 OMG! The Chef here has a Michelin Star I'm certain of it!!

every member of staff is funny & caring & quirky (that i have been introduced to) - i would eat there every night if i could afford it. they know i only drink water & ice cubes for personal reasons & yet they mix it like they would a fancy cocktail. because i specifically like a full glass of ice and only half water - they are so adorable about almost measuring it out. they let me dress up in cosplay outfits for my livestreams (with zero judgement - only ever compliments) I've had a panic attack because of a random patron who was causing a fight in the toilets - one of their lovely staff pulled me into the back and calmed me down even gave me their water - their $5 pizzas are amazing value (bbq chicken) - their meatlovers parma (i dont get sauce on it ) is so tasty too. they let my mum keep her leg up after she had to use a walking stick one week - they let her relax & that made her enjoy the night even more i love their karaoke nights (sometimes the men who go to karaoke need to learn manners.. but the staff are so good if i report something they try to fix the problem.) i always go alone - but i dont feel alone when the staff are always buzzing around saying hello & genuinely treating me like i matter as a person. this bar is my favorite - if there was ever a bar i feel safer going to on my own .. its this one. they also let me film my livestreams and sometimes they join in which is great fun. and they know that having my handbag keeps me calm as i have all my sensory things in there to help with my anxiety attacks. i have my earbuds my sensory toys etc. and since i explained that they have been so good with allowing me to keep them with me.

We ordered the Chicken Parmie and for $16, WOW! It came with a generous serving of fries (which is a nice change from the usual thick-cut chips most Parma's come with), and a Salad that was very impressive for the price; it had a crumble of fetta, crunchy greens and a Balsamic glaze which was a nice touch. The Napoli on the Parmie tasted great and a generous but not rediculous amount of Cheese as well as nice tasting Ham just topped off the dish. We're not local, but will certainly be back when we can! The service was very laid back, but not in an unprofessional way and that balance really makes for a welcoming environment. Thanks for a great experience, guys!

Great atmosphere had never been before but went to the Disney trivia night and have now been 3 times.
The hsp parmi they have is absolutely awesome.

An unbelievable place with an unbelievable vibe. Great quality food which was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to Frankie and his team for the best customer service skills also. When I am back in Shepparton again I will be coming back.

The BEST place to watch NRL or AFL and enjoy a yummy meal as well. Their staff are very friendly and helpful too. I finally found my home for watching LIVE Sports in Shepparton CBD. I really enjoyed watching the Mighty Melbourne Storm smash the South Sydney Rabbitohs last night. What a great game it was. I actually had a ball. Looking forward to going back to The Deck, Shepparton.

Awesome atmosphere! Good food and good location. Watched the cars from spring nats pulling into the mall from off the balcony while necking my beer. Bliss!
