Excellent service. Had a flat and needed urgent repairs. Arrived without an appointment. Amazing effort fixed in 20 minutes. Thank you to the Manager for outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 8am with a nail in our tyre. Not desirable when heading off on holiday. The team classed the job as ‘an emergency’ and it was completed in 20 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Brilliant service, thank-you.

Absolutely delightful people. I was so frazzled when I arrived here, but when I left I felt almost calm. So helpful.

I have never bothered writing a review in my entire life. But I just wanted to say thank you to the team at good year for helping me out. I’ve had the worst three weeks of medical issues and my tyres popped suddenly, at least an hour away from home. Barely any money and In quite an emotional state, the staff made sure I got home safe despite there very busy schedule!! At no point was I made to feel like a burden or as if I disrupted their day!

Same day service! I emailed regarding a quote for new tyres in the morning, had them on that afternoon. I talked to 5 different people and they were all friendly kind and helpful. Thanks!

Great staff and service, price was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Came in without an appointment, but with a very flat tire and was feeling a bit shaken. They sent me off for a cup of tea and had it changed (for a new one - reasonably priced) in under 40 minutes. Reassured me about the other tires and said I wouldn't need to worry about them for a while. So kind and helpful and professional. I really appreciate such excellent customer service. Thanks Goodyear Autocare guys!!

This was all after hours flat tyre and the staff were still inside they came out to assist park the van in the building for safety

The experience I had was amazing Tim Webb was fantastic knew his tyres and what he had to do to get me back on the road very quickly

One of the staff members Nicole drove me to my motel room which was a very lovely gesture, and it was out of her way but she did it with a beautiful smile on her face she was kind and friendly

The overall experience was amazing out of this world, everybody was just super super friendly kind willing to help get me back on the road as quick as they could

The best service there is!!!

Having a flat tyre at 4.30 on a Friday when headed away for the weekend I thought I was sunk but the guys from Goodyear to the rescue. No fuss and had the puncture fixed and I was on the road in under half an hour. AAA+ service....very much appreciated.

All the staff were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

A great business to deal with. A big thanks to Brian and Dave who fitted new front tyres to my tractor this morning. The old ones fought coming off and the new ones fought going on. Great job boys!

Went in today with a flat tyre when I was driving from Bendigo to Mulwala. They fixed the tyre and fitted it back on to my car cheaply. Really happy with the service especially given how busy they were! Would recommend!
