Awesome gym. I love working out here. Tracey and her team are amazing, non judgmental, friendly, fun, supportive and a great motivation to us all. The members are all very welcoming, it’s a lovely community.

The best gym. The most caring instructors.
30 minutes which is all we need.
2022 was not a good year for me having 4 operations Curves saw me through them all physically & emotionally. I went into surgery fit & healthy thanks to Curves particularly Tracey, Karen & Dianne making my recovery so much easier.
Curves is a wonderful program designed only for women no heavy breathers or sweaty bodies!!!@

I dont where I would be without Curves. Not just physically but for mental health as well. Not only do I feel so much better in myself but I have made some lovely friends and I include the coaches in that. Tracey, Diana, Denise and Karen ( yes cant forget you ) are the best.

Tracy runs a fantastic , welcoming, non judgmental club, where we are all encouraged to work to the best of our ability and supervised to ensure we do this safely. Oh .. and we have a lot of fun doing this. Thanks Tracy and team 👏🥇

If you are looking to improve your fitness. I can highly recommend Curves Rosebud. I have had the pleasure of attending this centre when visiting my Mum over the past few years. Tracey and her team are continually motivating and nurturing. This is reflected in the regular attendance of their members. This gym is a community that emphasises motivation, friendliness and self improvement. Keep up the FANTASTIC work Tracey. You are a CREDIT to the fitness Industry.

What can l say about Tracy and staff apart from fantastic.
The structure of the workouts plus the routine of sanitizing prior to each piece of equipment.

I am so grateful for curves it has kept me fit and moving, I believe it has kept me so healthy and big thank you to the staff and all the help and support you have given me.

Great friendly atmosphere. I’m not a fan of exercise but this Curves makes it bearable and even fun.

Tracey and the trainers are just fabulous they are there with you all the time throughout your workout to help and surport you..

Building and retaining strength and fitness is alot easier with Curves.
