T2 Tea - Melbourne Central

Store is beautifully decorated and the Caucasian lady was really helpful. She wrapped the items for me and would revisit if I have the chance to. She was also helpful to recommend the tea that I was looking for as a gift. Thank you!

Good tea shop! Had trouble purchasing new tea, the girl working there gave me lots of selections based on one I liked previously. They are very knowledgeable on tea!

Staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My mum loved the Japanese tea they recommended her and it's now her favourite tea!

T2 has a lot of variety of teas. The customer service was good. They usually have deals with helps you get stuff for free. It’s a little bit in the pricey side but it’s value for money. I would recommend bust a mauve.

T2 knows the right person to represent themselves at the forefront.

Julia was amazing. I had a click and collect order to pick-up. For a glitch it was not appearing on the system. She called 2 stores and customer service to solve the matter. It shows her dedication to support a customer.

She can be an excellent addition to any organisation.

WOW EXCELLENT SERVICE
I cannot fault the service I received from staff member Beth just before Christmas. She was extremely pleasant to shop with.
Whilst being very knowledgeable of the T2 products she went out of her way to make sure my wife and I got exactly what we were looking for.
Five stars all the way.

I was rushing to buy a present and had absolutely no idea what to get because it was first time I was at T2. Geordie made the life a lot easier by helping me through all the gift options within my price range, he even went through combinations of products that go well together. He was willing to answer all my questions about gifts. Even rest of the staff I encountered during my visit were absolutely amazing!

Went in yesterday as a complete tea virgin, I think it was Hayley…? That helped me. She was incredible! Best service, very lovely human. Walked away feeling so happy!

The store always looks amazing with its fresh displays, and the staff are all really chill & helpful. They are happy even if you just wanted to try out some of the sample teas, and don't push you to make a decision!

Very helpful staff! I went in looking for a specific tea from a different tea place that doesn't have a store in Melbourne. Jordan was super helpful, he suggested a couple of good teas I could get that together would hopefully be similar, which I never would have found myself. He then gave me a sample to test first so I could be sure it would taste how I wanred, instead of being pushy which would have been off-putting.

Looking forward to trying it, and ended up buying different tea while I was there in the meantime as I was so impressed with his help. Thanks!

Was served by Ursula, sorry if I spelt her name wrong, but she delivered absolutely amazing customer service and was incredibly kind! Some of the best interactions I’ve had with an employee, had never been to a T2 before, but thanks to her I will definitely come back!

I experienced an exceptional customer service in this store by a lady with blonde hairs. I was bit confused by selecting between two different verities of green tea. She brewed both verities to help me out.

Emma was extremely kind & helpful, gave great suggestions and helped me find everything I was after, I can’t wait to try Scot’s Breakfast (another excellent recommendation from her)

Amazing selection of teas and teaware. Employees delightfully helpful

In my opinion they have some of the best tea you can buy anywhere in the world unless you go to the source. I am still having them ship me tea to the U.S. because their Grand Yunnan is better than anything I have found for the price. TWG has Golden Needle that is very close but it is also 50% more expensive. The shipping from T2Tea is quite expensive so there is a chance with the shipping price, they would be a lot closer in price.
If I ever visit Melbourne again, I would definitely return.

Very attractively organised store. Clean and well stocked. Friendly, efficient checkout staff. Not too crowded, considering it was two days before Christmas.

This branch of T2 is amazing. The people who work here are so kind and helpful! It is always a pleasure to explore their selection and get great advice. I've visited many other branches, but this one is consistently awesome! Thank you!
