Excellent selection of clothes inside one of the most beautiful old buildings in Melbourne, the former GPO. Fantastic helpful staff. Easy to access via car (although on-street parking becoming more difficult and expensive thanks to the car-hating City of Melbourne council) and public transport. Within an easy walk of all the good CBD eateries, so shop 'til you drop and stop for a quick meal.

The review is more for the building than the store. The staff are helpful and the range of clothes is big but the location is the game changer over other stores. Located in the beautiful old GPO and setup over multiple levels, just wandering around is fascinating. Well worth a visit!

Jamie at H&M is the peak of any retail customer service I've experienced. Happy to be there, nothing was too much of an ask, made me feel welcome and went to the store room to find what I was looking for without being asked. He needs a raise, thankyou so much for the help! Absolute pinnacle of customer service.

Jamie's service was absolutely amazing. Got me signed up, spectacular service. Never witnessed such amazing customer service. Went out of his way to get me fitted, walked out feeling amazing. What a legend. Cheers mate!

I super like the place. First time here in Melbourne and I am very in love with victorian architecture. 😍 I never knew a clothing store can be in this type of building.

Definitely has a wide range of clothes from sporty to casual. You can directly go to a designated section if you're looking into something specific.

SERVICE
I have not come across a staff when I was roaming around the store so I can't comment on that.

A stunning building. Best h&m in the world I could easily say. Stock is high and it's such a delight to shop here. I love that they enhanced the building and used it to it's full potential, while still capturing the essence of its architecture. The staff are great and are always willing to help and go above and beyond.

Wow, what an experience! Most bougie H&M ever, selection was way better than any other store I’ve been in and the way it’s laid out with different selections being in different rooms almost makes you feel like you’re private shopping

The best H&M store in Melbourne. Has more variety & sizes than the others and is the biggest, located at the historical old GPO building. There are elevators, escalators and stairs so plenty of options to get to the other levels.

I also find this store to have the best bargains.

This H&M is in an amazing beautiful building that was the Post Office back in the days. Besides the interior one should have a look at the small way with restaurants outside at the long side of the house.

Department store for all, nice place, good location, reasonable price

I came here in the boxing day, so some of the item are in sale price, verry good price with good style of fashion.

I sit in the front of the store enjoying the snack with the free concert in front of me while my wife shopping.
