Easy access by tram or train got off from Melbourne central station. Great range offered from clothing to shoes. Awesome customer service from staff. Very easy location in Melbourne central opposite the state library on Swanston street. Fully stocked and have got a lot of products available. Very nice store and customer service. Being a Nike fan I will definitely recommend this store for your shoes and other stuff needs. They have their own loyalty program separate to Nike online loyalty, so make sure to sign up before doing any in-store purchases.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at Nike on Thursday 23/11, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by one of their retail assistants Alex.

He also provided great product knowledge and valuable insights into the features of each pair. Additionally, he patiently helped me with sizing, making sure I got the perfect fit for the four shoes I had bought.

I was looking for a pair of jordan 1s and troy was helping me perfectly finding the right pair considering my color matching and so on. He also helped choosing the right laces and laced them for me. Was the best service i had so far in a clothing store.

The store was chaos with Black Friday sale.
Matt was super polite and attentive, found our 2 pairs of shoes in less than 1 minute.
Service was so great we brought a 3rd pair of shoes.
All 3 shoes were delivered to the counter with a smile.

Visiting Melbourne and stumbled across this Jordan/Nike store. Wow my wife, my 13yr old son AND I were so impressed with the custom shirts and shoes. The guys at the store were 💯👌🏼. Especially Junior, he was such a great kid. He was so helpful and patient with our decisions and when asked for directions, he walked us out to make sure we understood which way we had to go.

Will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nike Melbourne Central you have an absolute superstar working at your store. I have never come across any human with the customer service skills that Troy possesses. What a legend. You made my families shopping experience there today epic. My little guy bought his first Jordan’s and Troy took the time to make him feel very special. Showed him how to tie the laces right and how to pull them off easily. Thanks Troy. It’s been decades since I’ve come across a young man with such great people skills. Nike is lucky to have you. 👍🏻

I had a fantastic experience at the Melbourne Central store with Iris. She was incredibly helpful and relaxed, providing thorough explanations to all my questions, even the challenging ones about certain shoes. Her patience was remarkable as I explored options and she kindly looked after my belongings while I walked around the store to assess the comfort of different shoes. I give her and the entire store a perfect 10/10 rating for the outstanding experience.

Went last night at the store. Troy (asian, can't really remember if i get his name right)assisted me get my right size. Informed me that the sneaker i like is on discount. Even have a double check for extra discounts as a member. Very friendly.

Talia did an amazing job serving me and my kids. She even helped to pick good colours for the customised engraving for the name on the shoes as well helped to put them on. Talia also has amazing personality and customer service skills as well as being patient and helpful. Thank you Talia for giving us a wonderful experience shopping at your store . Yijun has been amazing helping us to pick out the right shoe sizes as well. Amazing store and there are the only store in the world except Tokyo that you are able to customise the tags for the shoes.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. And Paul is such an amazing person and he helped me and my boyfriend out a lot and is very patient 🤩
