Staff at the QV store were amazing. They looked up a shoe I was after that they no longer had and were willing to transfer it from another store. I ended up going with a different shoe which look amazing

Staff are so friendly, helpful, know their stock! Went in for runners. “David” asked price range, what I wanted to wear them for. Zumba. Purchased NB 2002R’s 2 days ago. Material in toe box had separated from itself creating a bubble. Came into store today to see if I could exchange for a new pair. Staff were very approachable and accomodating of the exchange. Thankyou you!

Great service from Angus! I let him know what kind of shoe I was after, and my price range, and he scrounged up several good options (all of which were heavily discounted, by the way). He was friendly, clearly very knowledgeable, and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted. When I finally settled on a shoe, they were out of stock in the colour I wanted, but he arranged to have a pair sent to my house at no extra cost. The shoes were about $50 cheaper than the typical retail prices I can find online for the same model.

Went into store and got served by a girl named Sammi. Exceptional customer service with positive attitude and work ethic. She helped me find the perfect sneakers for myself with lots of knowledge to what would suit best for my needs and aesthetics. Will be returning in the future!!

Dirk had recently fallen into his buildings trash compactor and was looking a little worse for wear but was still able to gain immense pleasure by browsing the wares of this particular vendor.

Had a recent visit looking for a pair of nike pegasus 40s, and received help from the PRETTIEST girl ever. i think her name was sammi, but i was too nervous to ask more. she made footlocker feel like home because it was my first time. she HIT me with that product knowledge, absolutely charming aura, and her attention to not detail but me as a customer.
