I work nearby. I saw they clean coffee machine almost everyday. Make sure milk is fresh and I feel comfortable to buy coffee here. I saw in another 7eleven coffee machine with flies around.
The only point that I don't understand is that why they have to clean always during lunch break when most customers need to use the machine 🤣🤣

Clean and convenient 7-11 in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Was served both mornings by Jerry who was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me locate items. It's rare that a convenience store can make a positive impression on a customer. Good stuff!

Very bad customer service, I travelled around whole Melbourne and never any store declined for using microwave or oven. But here the storeperson is not allowing use of microwave to warm outside food not even the container closed by saying food has smell(veg rice)

Bought a sandwich and coffee this morning, went back to get a sauce packet and the guy wouldn’t give me one unless I bought another sandwich LOL I’ve spent thousands at 7-11 and they couldn’t give me a packet of sauce

I have been regular in this store for last 3 weeks or so.. always around 10-10:30 am. The guy in the store is really rude. He is always on his phone and does not respond very well. I asked about a promotion today and he got super defensive. Rudely asked me to check the screen if I wanted to... it was just a $1 coffee, I was just asking about it. I am not going back m. if possible avoid the joint altogether
