Love the team here. They always treat my princess so well, are thorough and make us feel welcome, Also good value. And they always give her a treat so she enjoys her visit more!

I cannot fault Lava St Vets. They are so caring , helpful, and always available when we need them, from the Vet’s to the Nurses they are just amazing. The online booking and ordering of repeat meds is also really easy and convenient. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 😊

Sarah had loads of helpful information to help with Benson & his chewing! Easy injection he didn't even notice!! Love coming here the team always make us feel welcome.

Lava street veterinary clinic met out needs of our chihuahua Ollie. We are travelling around the country and were unable to get his leptospirosis vaccination before we left. I rang Lava and they were able to get our dog booked in that day. Bella the vet nurse was very helpful.

The level of care and kindness shown to Minnie and myself for cherry eye was exceptional. The options for payment is great. They will be my number one go to vet from now on.

Lava St Vets take such good care of my 2 spoilt puppies. Both my dogs get anxious about going to the vets but the staff here always take their time and give them plenty of treats to calm them down. I would highly recommend their puppy school program to teach the dogs how to socialise and teach the owners a few tricks too!

Wonderful Staff, especially when it comes time to say good bye to your fur child. They are respectful, helpful, kind and considerate.

We have been bringing our pets to Lava Street Vet Clinic for more than 20 years (and all of my childhood pets in the 20 years prior to that went there too!). The staff are so caring, kind and friendly (no matter what sort of day they might be having behind the scenes) and our beloved pets have always received only the very best in care from this incredible team. We would never go elsewhere. Keep up the great works, guys!

Exception service. I can not praise Lava Street Vet clinic enough. The care and compassion they’ve shown my girl Willow over the years was outstanding. Unfortunately Willow had to cross over the rainbow bridge last week and Dr Holly, Evie and team showed Willow and my family so much love during this extremely difficult time. Sadly this ends my time at Lava St as I can’t face the heartache of losing another fur baby and honestly this wonderful girl can never be replaced, but I wish them all the best and thank you all again so so much.

Have looked after our lab beautifully for 10 years. Always available with careful and caring advice and treatment. Our girl practically drags us in to the clinic which has to be a sign of how much she knows she will be looked after. All the staff are excellent and obviously care genuinely for animals.

I can’t thank the Lava Street Vet staff enough for there compassion and care of my boy Sebastian. They took such wonderful care of him in hospital and got him well again for me. They have rang me everyday since he came home to check on him and that he is feeling better . You saved my boy and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend the wonderful and caring staff here . Thank you so much again ❤

I moved over to Lava Street Veterinary Clinic looking for support for my dog with heart failure. The Ladies at Lava St went over and above to monitor him and provide me with amazing, compassionate support and information. Their knowledge and professionalism was next level, which meant he got to spend his final months as the happy dog he always was. Even after his passing they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help.

Absolutely fantastic, reassuring and thorough vet team. I came in with concerns about behaviours my dog was showing after her first season. She was given a great check over and even though she got the all clear the Vet took the time to detail symptoms to watch out for, advised on a baby cream I could safely use for her irritation and provided a just-in-case collection jar if any signs of UTIs appeared. A follow up call from the clinic later that week with additional advice was also greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!
