Went to Autobarn earlier today and spoke about replacing a key fob. Scott was very knowledgeable and more than willing to help even though it wasn’t an item they stock. Thanks so much for the great customer service Scott!

My experience with autobarn staff members has been fantastic. They are so willing to explain and help where they can, without making you feel overwhelmed by car parts or latest technology. Warrnambool team , Scott, David and others there have helped us so much. I recommend them to anyone needing parts or stereo systems and the after care service is brilliant.

Went there to get some wiper blades. The staff member was very helpful, put the blades on for nothing. Very happy with the service and prices!

After I could not find a lost receipt, Greg went out of his way and spend a huge amount of time tracking it down for me so that I could make a warranty claim. This kind of service is much appreciated.

Pretty handy and always nice to have auto shops with parking and polite staff opening hours unsure right now but I bet its posted on web. They are cool if you need to check prices or right part queries.

This store has the best customer service I've seen in years!
I drive from the other side of town, bypassing all other auto stores just to shop at Autobarn, Warrnambool....
And today it was proven why once again!
Came for some windscreen wiper blades.
Staff member greeted me, asked if he could help me.
I showed him my phone with the blades I wanted.
He corrected me to the correct blades for my vehicle.
Then installed them for free
Dispossed of my old blades for free
And even took some money off....
This is backed up with 6 years of similar experiences in this store!
Well Done to the Manager and all Staff...
I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
