I am very new to scrapbooking and Melissa has been amazing.she has answered everyone of my silly little questions within an hour of emailing her, and ordering through her shop online is an absolute breeze. The longest I have had to wait for shipping was three days with the majority of my parcels arriving within 48 hours.

Not only the one place I could order my Tim Holtz multi medium matte ( EVERYBODY is out of stock) but my order arrived within 2 days of ordering. That is way above and beyond good service! Thanks again...

Upon placing my order one of the items l wanted was not available. It was due to be restocked in the coming days. The business not only notified me via email but also rang me to tell me and to offer their apologies. Some time later the item arrived and again the company called me again to let me know and to tell me that they would be packing it up for immediate delivery. The package took only a very short time to arrive here. Upon arrival l was very pleased with the quality of the items and how they had been packed. I have found this company looks after it’s customers very well. Being an Aussie company it is now one l shall frequent a lot more. They have shown me nothing but the highest customer service l have seen in a long time. Thank you Crafty Divas and especially Melissa.

Great family business who give excellent prompt service.

Great place to get all your craft supplies and advice. They carry stock of vinyl, inks, paints, glues and cardstock.

OMG, these people don't waste time.
Ordered in the morning and was posted a few hours later.
Have ordered from previously and will definitely do so again.
Oh, and did I mention their prices are cheaper than else where.
