This Woolies is great. Making sure that all Covid precautions are met, the store makes sure all used baskets, trolleys are kept separate for cleaning. I love their fresh fruit, it is always nice and fresh. Huge variety of items and always plenty of special's that change week to week.

I have been shopping there for years it's not as flashy as the newer stores but it's neat and clean the staff always helpful to be honest I don't need a store with 5 different brands I know what I like and grab and go why would I want to walk for 3hours when I can do it in half the time and still get a walk in the park as well

OS Warrnambool it's great place to shop. It is a quite a large in size Woolworths as we used to back in country Victoria. But the stock shelves always stocked and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Checkout ladies were kind and helpful as well and always polite and professional in their hospitality. Great place to shop and recommended for all

I live near the east store so don’t often go to the central woollies but hv a few times lately, i hv encountered a young guy called James who is so dedicated and nice,,he goes way beyond what is normally expected and obviously enjoys his job....has to be the best customer service i hv ever seen, congratulations James.....

My grandmother says if she puts a slab of coke under the trolley and the cashier doesn't notice, it's their fault not hers... all I know is she hasn't paid for diet coke in 3 years! 5 stars

Clean, tidy, great place to shop

Great customer service. It was a extremely hot day and the store had free ice cold water bottles in the store for customers. I have never seen a store do this. Very impressed

Great big store with wide selection of everything including wider selection of festive specialities

We got great customer service when we had a couple of items we were able to use the front desk when the other checkouts were full and the lady behind the desk was lovely didn't catch her name though

Really friendly staff and extremely helpful. Bottle shop staff very good at selling products. I hope management gives them credit where credit is due.
