Chloe has great customer service, she was easily contactable, answered every question I had. It was pleasure dealing with Chloe & the Norton team!

I visited looking to buy a car and walked out with local produce and a norton cutting board.

Just had my Ranger Wildtrak serviced at Norton and the whole process was a breeze. The staff were great over the phone, very easy to deal with at the counter and when we got back to pick up the car we found they had cleaned it without us having to ask them to! They addressed all concerns I had, and even assisted me to find reputable people I needed to address the issues they highlighted and explained very thoroughly to me so I understood exactly what needed to be done. The loan car they gave us for the day was great and very clean. I can’t rate this experience high enough! Thanks so much to the team at Norton!!

When visiting the area last week the control panel on our Honda Civic stopped working.
With no appointment we popped in to the service centre and their technician fixed the problem straight away.
We are very grateful for their great service as we have been able to continue our road trip with all functionality returned.

I never leave reviews but I have never had such amazing service from a service centre in my life. My ‘check engine’ light turned on today half way between Melbourne and Warrnambool and I was worried I would have to fork out thousands to fix the issue. I took my car into Norton Motoro Group and they fixed the issue within minutes free of charge. I didn’t even purchase the vehicle from them! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.

So happy with the excellent service from Norton Motor Group, we've been getting our car serviced there for quite a while and have always been pleased with the service we've received, we decided to trade in and upgrade to a new model last week and couldn't be happier with the great service from Mick and Jess not to mention the new dream machine and lovely wee gift on hand over.

For the past three years I have been the proud owner of a VW Passat purchased through Norton Motor Group. It was an excellent vehicle but due to some physical difficulties I had to seek out a vehicle that gave me better access. This having been done, I would like to thank those staff members who looked after me over that three year period. From the sales person to the service people they were all so professional. They showed interest and concern in those matters that I was having concerns (were not many) and on all occasions assisted me and made it seem so easy. During a recent road trip in Victoria the “check tyre pressure” light came on in the instrument panel of our Honda HR-V. As we had travelled from Adelaide and would be visiting a number of areas in Victoria over the next week or so, we needed to have this checked out. With no appointment, we visited the service centre in Norton Motor Group, Warrnambool.
The tyre pressures were checked and a young lady in the service centre showed me how to recalibrate the system.
We would like to commend Norton Motor Group for their outstanding service.
