Arcare Aged Care Balnarring

Thank you Arcare Balnarring. My mother says the staff are lovely and the food is great. The staff in reception, personal care, maintenance, cleaning, cooking, lifestyle and nursing are kind and responsive to visiting family members. The lifestyle staff go out of their way to get to know residents and to think about activities they might enjoy. We are very grateful to have found a place like this - by far the nicest place I saw when looking for aged care.

Arcare Balnarring has a strong community focus. The environment is warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained. Staff are compassionate and responsive, taking the time to listen and get to know each resident. My parents are enjoying the great variety of activities on offer. The weekly high tea and entertainment are a favourite. Communication with the family has been excellent. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to everyone at Arcare Balnarring! A special shout out to Gail, who has gone above and beyond in her efforts to make them feel at home.

Arcare Balnarring excels at delivering the best care for their residents. The carers and other members of the healthcare team are respectful and friendly, and most of all, they prioritise the needs of their residents. Their facility is one of the best I have seen so far. It is a very welcoming, vibrant, and cosy place. Food is great. And the residents are very nice and friendly. A very dear friend of mine stayed here, and they gave her the best possible care she needed. For this, I am truly grateful to everyone at Arcare Balnarring.

Such a fabulous place, we are so lucky that my mum is able to be at Arcare Balnarring. The staff are fabulous and always go out of their way to have a chat & help out in any way they can.

The Caring and dedicated nurses, carers and staff really made a difference during mum's time there. Such a lovely environment, modern, spacious and light inside and beautiful courtyards outside where we and the family spent many hours enjoying time with mum(Nan).

A lovely modern & bright residence with a genuine sense of community facilitated by friendly, caring & responsive staff & opportunities for communication, connection & engagement.

The staff & facilities are quite good, always clean & attended to. If seeking comfortable aged care with few medical issues this is ideal, however it will be less suitable for residents with declining/degenerative illnesses. Only 3 stars because this fact will not be mentioned during the interviews, or advised after intake medical check.
While the word care is used twice in the business name, it is still a business. When searching for openings or to secure a spot for people you care about, the most important factor is how much that organisation cares for your loved ones comfort & wellbeing.
