An Awesome, and enjoyable shopping experience by Raihana a month ago. The minute I entered the Pillow talk store in Springvale. I was acknowleded, greeted with smiles, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and bubbly Raihana. I was buying 4 sets of bed fittings and I was totally clueless about the types of sheets, quilts, basically things that are needed to cover a bed and what they carry in the store. Pillow talk has a wide range of products which is so amazing, but also can be a little confusing. Having said that, Raihana is amazing. She guided me and explained everything that I needed to know. She answered all of my questions. She assisted me in searching the sizes and types of the bed fittings on high and lows in the store. She is very efficient, and patient at the same time. She does not force and rush me into buying things. I got everything that I need in one shop, I even got my family high end quality bath towels. I am content with the quality of products by Pillow Talk and customer service by Raihana.

Daniella were so kind and went the extra mile to help me secure a vase which I have been looking for all over the internet.

This is my first time visiting the store and I was not disappointed. The store has beautiful quality homeware and bedding. I was quite impressed with the collections. Rehana from the store has exceptional customer service skills with a great eye for decor and detail. She was friendly and very helpful with her ideas when I was feeling overwhelmed. Overall had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back.

I had to return 4 pieces today, I realised I had doubled up on the items, I was served by the store manager Alexandra, she was so accommodating especially in these hard economic times, & she was very pleasant thanks again.
