Rang to ask for quote and left message thinking here we go expecting no reply like so many tradespeople in the mountains but after just hanging up received a call back. Next day we were quoted on the job and 2 days later work began.
All the workers were so polite and professional. It was a 3 day job quickly attended to and the workmanship exceeded our expectations.

Hi Flo Plumbing recently helped us with a blocked grey water system. Armen was friendly and responsive, arrived when promised, and has the latest technology to diagnose the problem. His advice on options was great. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to high standard. Best of all, the guys cleared the site and left it neat and tidy. Great work, great value!

Armen and his Team were absolutely amazing. We had an urgent sewer issue that needed attention. We called on Monday morning and they were there within an hour. The 3 days hard work these guys put in was unbelievable and they just didn’t stop until the job was done. We also had issues with our hot water system and it was not to much trouble for them to sort that out as well. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using their services again. I called Armen last month for the first time after reading reviews on here. The reviews were spot on. Armen came out the same day, he was friendly, professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, explained everything thoroughly before he started to work. I found him to be very honest, thorough (going above and beyond), his prices were reasonable and he did an excellent job. He fixed a leak (which turned out to be from the roof!), changed our water pressure so that our showers are now perfect, serviced out taps and the toilet. I'm very happy and will be using him again if I have any more plumbing issues.

We couldn't be happier with Armen and his team. They were professional, experienced and very efficient. Our broken sewer pipe was fixed quickly and efficiently and all mess was cleaned up in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend Armen and Hi Flo Plumbing without hesitation.

Armen arrived to quote the day after contacting Hi Flo. His quote was comparable with another company’s quote and he was available to install our system immediately. Besides Armen and his coworker’s professional and informative conduct, I specifically appreciated that they left the work area clean and tidy on completion. This extra effort, that is often overlooked, makes the difference between a good tradie and a professional tradie. I have no hesitation in recommending Hi Flo Plumbing.

I was most impressed with Armen and the team. My recent hot water repair from 6 months ago, had an overflow issue that turned out to be a faulty thermostat ( from the supplier - there was nothing wrong with the work the team had done previously) Armen turned up that same afternoon, and replaced the faulty thermostat, no questions asked. The boys came back the next day and installed a temp limiting valve as well. They looked after me as the customer first and then they will follow up with the supplier. Nothing I needed to worry about. The 12 month warranty starts again. I’m beyond impressed and appreciative of the service and more than happy to recommend.

We had some urgent plumbing issues and I found Armen and his team to be more than helpful. He was punctual and gave us a few different options to best overcome the problem. The high professionalism and quality of the work and ultimately the finished product was outstanding. I’ve added HiFlo to my contacts and we’ll definitely be using them again.
