We ordered Paw patrol themed .. chocolate cake with chocolate custard… it was Yum… Just perfect I would say .. like not too much sugary ..perfectly balanced , soft & delicious !! We all enjoyed a lot.
While ordering - Owner was delighted to talk with and explain everything about the order . Even she called me up on the day of pick up ( as I was bit late 😊). Now this perfect example of good customer service experience…

The cake was amazing the texture taste and the decor exactly the way I wanted for my sons 7th birthday. I moved away from Casula but still drive the 1.5 hour round trip to get cake here at times. The tiramisu was second to none with the the little biscuit fingers on the side. I hope they're back!
As far as poor service or rude, I see the staff work so hard and customers are rude to them because they want things straight away. The staff are very reasonable.

I ordered my sons 2nd birthday cake from here last year (it was a blue wiggles cake) and everything about it was fabulous.

The service is also A1 and nothing is too much trouble.

This beautiful cake shop is now my go to for all celebrations.

I cannot speak highly enough of the services provided by Sharon and Breanna of The Cake Gallery. Sharon went out of her way to help me during the pandemic restrictions by delivering a special treat to my sister on her 92nd birthday. I was unable to visit her myself and Sharon stepped up and saved the day for me. She kept me informed, provided pictures of the cakes and confirmed the delivery had taken place.
I seriously cannot thank you enough and again wish there was something higher than a five star rating for this amazing bakery.

Purchased large Baptismal cake for more than 50 people, Continental. Beautifully decorated, incredibly decadent, everyone commented how light and not sickly sweet the cake was.
Just like old times and brought back childhood memories of birthday cakes with custard and soft icing.

The Cake Gallery were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We left our run too late for our son's birthday and The Cake Gallery made a beautiful cake, decorated and personalised it with half a day's notice.
They even very generously gave a discounted price.
Top notch service and lovely friendly service too.
PS - Their coffee is great too!
