Good store aslong as you don’t go during peak periods as people will absolutely defile the store but if you go during an off peak period the store is clean and pleasant and it even has this robot to count stock

K mart is the place when u need cheap products and clothes

We are regulars at Casula Kmart and love going in to very welcoming staff, especially Maryann at the front desk and Karen. So so helpful! Thanks ladies.

I turned up today 21/07/2023 to Kmart Casula in desperate search of a Vtech Portable Soother for my child (my wife was ADAMANT I couldn't come home without it!).

After visiting three stores previously and no luck, I ended up at Kmart Casula at 5pm and searched the floor with no luck yet again. Enter VANESSA and JACOB. I kindly asked if they could please look out back for it. Not only did they calm my nerves, they SWIFTLY got to work and within no more than 5 minutes, I had the product I had searched all of Sydney for in my hands! I could've cried with tears of JOY!

It's less about finding the product (although I was ecstatic!) but more about highlighting the top notch, attentive, exceptional customer service I received from Vanessa and Jacob. It meant a lot to me to feel acknowledged and listened to so props to you Kmart Casula. You've got two good ones in Vaness and Jacob!

What a great experience my husband and I had , my husband had surgery, two weeks ago so he is still very sore and the boy at the counter noticed and got us a chair,so hubby could sit down.
(I asked him for his name) ,
Andrew from Casula Kmart was so helpful with the photo machine as it kept playing up , we spent amd hour fixing our pics and in the process we notice how kind amd patient Andrew was not just to us but other customers. THANK YOU !

My wife and I had visited several KMart stores today searching for Christmas presents for our grandchildren.
We'd had some success and were looking for one final present, a "Stitch character doll" which was proving to be quite a challenge. After visiting Narellan and Campbelltown KMarts with no success, an employee told us that Casula had 7 dolls listed, so we decided to try 1 more store and visited Casula KMart. Not having any luck at first, my wife asked an employee, for help. The young lady was brilliant, she looked first on her i-pod and then checked the shelves.
She then asked us if we would like her to check out the back, shortly after returning with the elusive doll.
We were so happy and thankful to Noma. She was so humble and polite.

Not my local kmart but every once in a while I pop in if I'm in the area. Its been a few years but recently I was shopping there and I do remenber the shop assistant in there by the name Sally. To my surprise she was working on the day and just like before did such an amazing job assisting me. Her customer service is really above and beyond and honestly thats what we want when we walk into any store. She's a keeper !

I went to store tonight and I approached one of the staff and she dropped what she was doing and assisted me promptly. I got her name as I was very very happy with her service. Debbie is a great asset to the Casula team thank you for your assistance.

5 star service! We were in a little bit of a pickle and drove an hour to get to here to realised our photo wouldn’t fit so Two lovely staff members (Dana & Zoe) helped us with our printing problem. Please give our thanks to them and it has made our day/night.

Very professional staff at the returns department, excellent customer service , vey polite, and flexible. Additionally, They went the extra mile and were able to refund me for 3 items that I forgot behind at the check out after i paid for them ( 3 weeks earlier) . They took the time to check the Cameras and confirmed I left these items . I will always come back to this particular Kmart Store 😃

There's plenty of parking
And a whole array of things that you need and things you don't know you need until you see them.

Called up looking for a usb c to hdmi hub and staff kindly tried looking for it but stock was displaying low and they couldn't find any. A few minutes later I received a call back to say they'd kept looking and managed to find me one! Excellent customer service!

Photo service centre was great!! Alec and Giovanni were super helpful and made my experience super easy, much easier than any other store I’ve experienced !

Kmart Casula has to be one of the best kmarts; I've ever shopped at. everything is always up to standard. Especially the amazing workers. A massive Thank you to Wansa, Sally and a gentlemen who works in the kitchen department during the weekdays. Also Anna at the front door. They are such a great asset to kmart. Always helpful. Professional and friendly. They are absolutely amazing. They always go out of their way to help. Thank you. For your excellent customer service.

Came for a late night drive with my niece. Staff were very friendly and made sure to let me know about the cages for when they do stock. Just in case they aren't able to see my niece because my niece is very active and was running around.

It was good to see how much variety the store had and super clean when I went.

My favourite Kmart shop. 24/7 can you imagine how great this is. Also don't forget to print 10c per photo. Only thing I get annoyed about men's collection sizes you hardly can get medium size.

Big shout out to Marianne and Anna who helped me very patiently with my multiple payments at the self serve register. 10/10 customer service definitely.

This store looks so good since I came the very 1st time of this January and now many times like Narellan too. The whole section looks rather the same in Westfield Liverpool at Target converted to Kmart when I visited there and that Target was one of my very missable store there, which I don't feel good about. But that Casula Kmart is rather much better than Liverpool, so I am definitely happy about this and all the staffs were pretty professional. Will always visit again!!

One of the best Kmart's I've ever been to and I've visited quite a few. Plenty of stock on the shelves, very helpful staff and the ladies at click and collect were so nice and even helped me put my order in the trolley.
