2 x Days before New Year we lost our hot water due to the Pilot Light not re-igniting.
I posted on a local Facebook community Page asking for a honest & trustworthy Plumber - Andrew private messaged me within 30mins of my post, and within hours, he was at my home, replacing a very old unit with a new one!
Andrew is a lovely guy who was punctual, left the worksite tidy (as if he'd never been there!)

Andrew was quick at reaching out over the phone to help with troubleshooting and identifying the problem on a Friday evening. He came out early next day after picking up the necessary part to repair the faulty valve on the hot water system. He went the extra mile to repair a different problem on a separate part of the house as an added bonus.

After being mucked around and charged by other plumbing services and problem deemed to difficult i was given Andrews number from a work colleague , Same day service and difficulties locating our sewerage pipe blockage were sorted out quick smart by Andrew with his experience and machinery , 100 % will recommend and use this Plumbing service again , more than happy with the service :) EDIT ---- once again Andrew came to the rescue 2 years from our first emergency , Quick response ( same day ) and excellent affordable price once again , thank you so much , highly recommended
