We had to drive from Seymour to Shepparton to ask a simple question. The branch in Seymour will not be opening after the floods. Full points to the staff in Shepparton. However, the ANZ call centre was not answering. This isn't good enough.

Went there Tuesday and back again Wednesday bank closed try again today, wonder if they will pay for fuel to travel to Shepparton for nothing. The site says open, why not put it up as closed grrr not happy.

Went there yesterday and the lady was terrible, she was holding my bank card and driving licence like she doesn't want to be there and work, gave me all false information. For godsake please have some respect for your customers. didn't have good experience, I wish I could check her name so I would mention it here.
