Came here for the first time with a couple of friends, and wow. Just wow. Amazing food at good pricing, amazing customer service.

My friends waited a while for their meals due to an issue out of the cook’s control, but when it came out, it looked amazing. My meal was delicious, and they make a decent coffee too!

A very relaxing, casual small local cafe with simple menu but well made and simply delicious.
Love the Jaffles! Must try the lord of fries is just devine! 👌🏻

They pays Great attentions to their drinks, good selection of coffee especially Specialities.

Great value for money is a plus 😉

The Brewlab is a gem of a place in Lilydale we had pulled beef and cheese jaffles then a Nutella jaffle and to be honest it was simply amazing food‼Hot, fresh and tasty, full of flavour and generously filled. The chai my wife had was excellent I opted for a Mocha which was the best I have ever had, easily a 5 star snack experience with nice surroundings and superb customer service 👌❤🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My favourite cafe! The atmosphere is so welcoming and laid-back while the staff are friendly. So much wacky and delicious options on the menu, my favourite being the freakshakes!

Best eggs benny I've had in a looong time. Super delicate potato waffle, hollandaise made from scratch to order, utterly delicious.
Goes with this venue's ridiculous reputation for amazing coffee. Whether a house blend or something from the vast array of guest coffees and special lots, this is more variety, delivered with knowhow and true expertise, than one could expect from anywhere else. The owner being able to talk about the farms and coffees individually is also so thing you usually never see. Brilliant!

Best filter coffee in the Yarra Valley area. I travel from Southbank for some of their exotic coffees. You can have your big boys coffee and the kids can have the most outrageous shakes in Lilydale.

Fantastic Cafe. Absolutely ridiculous milkshake contraptions with all the bells and whistles. Great standard Cafe fare as well, French toast was light and crispy

This morning I ordered just a large Cappuccino to be delivered through UberEats and they sent me 2 free baked bean toasties also 🥹 This is why I love this place and always have. The coffee hits the spot every time, even when delivered, and they’re actually genuinely kind and loving people. You can feel it through what they cook and create. Great coffee and brunch. Busy little place and staff did well to cope with high demands. Like many cafes they are apparently experiencing staffing shortages but continue to do their best to maintain a high standard. Well done guys!👍

Crazy sugar high here! Great creative sundaes and coffee is pretty good too.. great place for a kids party if you can handle the sugar-crazed kids afterwards.

I am the Senior Events Program Manager at an amazing organization called Different Journeys and we run events for Autistic Teens and Adults and we have had the absolute pleasure of working with BrewLab with some of our recent events. We have had an amazing time here with our community on a few occasions with Sophie and the team letting us use their space and opening up for us after hours to accommodate for our community and create their own space and environment where they are comfortable in. The team are so accommodating in ensuring that the needs of our attendees are catered for, no loud music, no bright lights etc. The team is so friendly and our community keep asking when we are coming back for more events here! The food and monster shakes are such a hit and it makes everyone so excited. Can't recommend working with Sophie and the team enough as a whole they are amazing!!! If you haven't visited here please do! This has given our attendees an opportunity to step out of their comfort zones, try a new place and now will be returning because of the amazing service and food provided here. Thanks team! Laura :)

Such an amazing place!! The food tasted amazing and the presentation was even better! Don’t even get me started on their monster shakes. The owner was such a lovely and well spoken lady you can definitely see how well she treats any customers that walk in the door. Me and my family ordered our meals and shakes and our minds were blown by how big the portions are your definitely getting your money’s worth plus more! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, it has a good vibe that will definitely start your mornings/days off right! I have found my new regular coffee shop!!

These guys have clearly been working their butts off over the past few weeks, and it’s so unfortunate that a few ‘Karens’ decide it’s their mission to throw shade at this amazing business. I was another customer passing through (we have only been twice but we were so impressed the first time we drove 40 minutes to get there again) last weekend, and despite there being a few ingredients missing from the menu (again, these guys had been run off their feet and we’d received full warning and apologies that food would be a while), the customer service we received was absolutely outstanding - the waitress made sure we knew that there would be some changes to a dish, and it was still a wonderful meal. Come to brew lab for some fantastic coffee, home-style dishes and simply outstanding staff. Bring your relaxed attitude and go with the flow - Brew lab has a great vibe and community feel to offer.

Visited today with my partner and the food was delicious! Big big portions accompanied by a nice refreshing ice latte… could not have been better 🙃really awesome people too! I will be coming back!
