LOVED THE HYMARK EXPERIENCE.
I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, I had a bit of a look around and then was approached by a staff member who helped me out so so much,
we found the right product for me and then I asked to have a look at the different colours. the staff member brought out all the leather samples for me to look at and I soon picked the perfect one. I just had the lounge delivered the other day and installed.
the whole process was effortless, it was quick and easy and I'm so happy with the product.
ill definitely be back to get my dining table here

Very happy with the leather swivel recliners I bought. Good price, prompt delivery a day later. Special mention of the 2 very pleasant and friendly young men- Jason and Justin, who delivered them.

I traveled up from Hobart after a friend recommended Hymark to me and I'm glad they did I parked out the back in the free carpark, and from the minute I walked into the store and had a bit of a look I was approached by the friendly happy stuff who where so helpful. they made the process so easy for me and even arranged delivery. My husband & I reviewed a leather lounge that was at the time on sale. We decided that the price was too high and continued to look for purchase of an equivalant cheaper item. A few weeks later we dropped into Hymark and made the Manager an offer, and within 5 minutes had accepted our offer with considerable savings on the marked price. Thanks Hymark, your committment to a sale negotiation and the excellent price we paid was one of the more pleasurably shopping experiences for us.

Purchased some bar stools that were very high quality and affordable. The service was professional and they assisted me with finding suitable stools for the space at home.

Great customer service. I went away to look at others, after looking at three different recliner lounge suites. Went away to look at Harvey Norman. Went back to Hymark and bought from there. I'm very pleased with there service.

After purchasing a lounge from Hymark after much deliberation , we were happy to recieve the lounge , not like the other lady this was in stock so it was delivered within a week , problem i thought accured after 10 days when my bad back was playing up and it wasnt comfortable anymore , I thought I was in trouble , NO NO whenI rang them up they offered to swap the lounge with another and I am now sitting on a loan lounge till i get my new one , thankyou Hymark and Ian more people should write positive stuff when they get good service , we are all too quick
I couldnt complain and look forward to my new lounge , I had 2 delivery people both times

Limited range and lacks parking

I purchased a lounge suite from Hymark and after being told delivery would take 8 - 10 weeks, it actually took 14. There was no correspondence from Hymark to let me know the "revised" date (I note that Hymark insisted on the phone that I had been incorrectly informed of the delivery at the time of purchase).
When delivery came, the lounge was dirty and Hymark are insisting that it passed their quality controls and the delivery drivers insisted it was in a good condition upon delivery. If I could post photos up here of the lounge I would. If you are getting a delivery, make sure you have a strong person there to accept it as only 1 person in the delivery truck will carry the goods into your premises. Do not allow the drivers to leave until you have inspected your goods thoroughly as Hymark's quality controls cannot be great if what I received passed quality control.
When I compained to Hymark - which I will freely admit was 7 days later because I did not want to complain to them again - requesting they pay to have the lounge cleaned, I received a letter in reply which I can only describe as condescending and totally unacceptable. They did not want act on my complaint, and I can honestly say I have never been treated by a retailer in this way.
