Super happy with the guys in terms of price and service. Always cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Very positive group of staff members. Went in looking for an Aircon, Hamish was brilliant and offered me a very good deal. Couldn't ask for better service, will shop again.

Just had awesome service from Shane- helped me out immensely with making sure I got exactly what I needed at a fair deal. Amazing customer service, so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to buy a dryer, and walked out with that and with the phone upgrade I also badly needed. Can recommend that if you’re going to Good Guys, Shane is the Best Guy.

I visited Good Guys today and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason, another manager. I must say that I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He provided me with the best price possible and was very positive throughout our interaction. His excellent service was a welcome change from my previous experience at the store. I would like to commend Jason for his outstanding service and hope that the company recognizes his efforts. Overall, I had a positive experience with Good Guys today and would recommend their services to others.

My problems were all solved when the slales department called to discuss my options, and I had quite a few. I am very happy with the resolution, Callum from sales was so helpful, and the northern freight team for the delivery.
Very helpful, I now have a washing machine delivered using the premium service delivery option.
They took the old broken one.

Original statement:
When your washing machine breaks down, you live alone up 2 flights of stairs, but you have two teens and a job uniform to wash regularly, you search desperately but decisively to spend your savings on a quick replacement.
I did my research, considered my budget and then chose the right product for me.
With no store loyalty, I randomly settled online with Good Guys.
Paid the money, delivery fee, the delivery is to be into my residence and I felt happy with the process, at that stage.
This, in part was my fault, as the staff member of Good Guys Launceston told me when I called to track my order, I should have checked in-store over the phone verbally before making the online purchase if they actually really stocked the online product.
Because they do not.
They have some on back order and they won't be in for a month.
But to find that out I had to wait 2 weeks, talk to a bot several times, call the 1300 number twice with no help, just a hot potato getting passed around from department to department as though this situation never happens, which it would and must.
I called the Launceston store, firstly and was told it wasn't them I needed to talk to, but call 1300.
But after a frustrating tail chase I called them back and said it had been 2 weeks, no word, update, email, smoke signal nothing.
She said give me a minute, tap tap tap,
Yeah we don't stock your products, it's coming on back order maybe next month.
Why is it for sale as available from your store online?
Yeah, she said, that's definitely an issue we have with our website.
I would say so.
In the meantime I am a Victorian era house wife with a tub of clothes, 2 hands as agitators, but to be honest it's kind of wholesome. Almost.
The idea that 600 I spent last month hurts the most. It was very hard to earn on a single wage.
There was no warning on the website, as other websites may have, whereby it may say, this product could take longer than expected, or such.

The service I received at good guys is remarkable. There was a fella called Jack who helped me with loading up my washing machine onto my little car is so helpful and thoughtful. That’s what i called an excellent customer service. He should get a bonus 😀

Helpful staff great layout products galore. Staff were knowledgeable about best products and didnt steer you toward the dearest one.

Today we visited the Launceston store. We were assisted by Callan who was most helpful, knowledgeable and personable. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful young sakes person.

I bought a TV recently with a team member called Tim. Very helpful and informative. I came back in the week with further questions and even though he was busy he excelled in his customer service. An absolute credit!

The staff at the good guys launceston really are good guys and gal's. Grace in the kitchen section made the whole process very easy and stress free. Everyone who I'd spoken to or emailed where really friendly, very patient and not at all pushy. They where then willing to bundle the appliance together and give a discount. There normal prices are already better then some stores 'best price'. They didn't have what I was after instock but where able to get it in within a few weeks. Thanks very much! :)
